This is the homepage of
CAPTAIN THEINTHA, a student on the ITU's course on designing web-based training material. I currently work for Defense Services Academy, Myanmar. I am a demonstrator of computer department, and have been working there for two years. My work include teaching and IT developing. I hold a Master degree in Information Technology of University of Computer Studies, Yangon, Myanmar. I have been asked to participate in this course by my employer, because they want me to set up a department within the organization to create distance learning material. I hope to discover the secrets of creating distance learning material, and to use this to train two members of staff. I personally feel that distance education will make a big impact on the level of competence in certain key areas within our organization.
