*They can study wherever they are, whenever they have time
*WBT can involve  face-to-face discussion and presentation for the course
1.3 Trainees :
Trainees will probably be in Bachelor in Science, and will be familiar in radio frequency in the field of telecommunication. For more information about Trainee profile Click here
1.4 Pre-requisites :
Trainees will probably be familiar with radiowave propagation and antenna theory..
1.5 Study time :
The principle of frequency allocation in the union of Myanmar course will run over a period of 8 weeks, and the average trainee is expected to spend about 15 hours per week in study, making a total of 120hours overall.

3. WBT strategy
3.1 Relative weighting of Web-based and other components
Web will account for 50% of the time the students are studying by themselves. It is essential half by half for web and non-web to the course.
3.2 Web-based self-instructional components

The Website will be made up of four Modules, and trainees will receive clear guidance on the recommended study path:
○ The main instructional module, which will take the trainee through a step-by-step sequence of activities in building up a development plan
○ A reference manual, with links going from the main instructional module to relevant parts which trainees are required to read; audio clips of mini-lectures by the original authors of the manual are included at key points
○ A module of  activity questions with model answers, to help trainees assess their understanding and progress
○ A module of synopses giving summaries and overviews
Permissions for use of the material in the Reference Manual have been obtained from the authors, who will also record the audio clips; there are no plans for making links from the course material to external Websites or resources.

3.3 Online interaction and role of CMC
The course will make available a listserver that will enable trainees to keep in contact with each other, and to undertake some group work. The listserver will have the email address of everyone on the course, and have a facility for uploading and downloading files.
3.4 Roles of tutors and other support staff

The  facilitators is a person who explain Each trainee  the terms of  this course with video clips.
Each trainee should have a mentor - someone with an influential position iin the organisation, who can facilitate access to information and resources, and to whom you will be required to make regular progress reports by email, written reports, or presentations.
The Tutor is person who keeps an eye on the students progress. The tutor will have had many years experience in this field, and will be in close contact through the conferencing system.

Pedagogical issues

Welcome to this course, it is mainly intended to spectrum management officials from all radio department in Myanmar to know principle of radio frequency allocation in the Union of Myanmar. The aim of this course is to provide national allocation inline with those of international allocation. And for those who apply for frequency in national usage should know what are the procedure. Course map
Before you attend the course you first look at  by what service are divided by definition in chart   and it will help you to know the course .

Work in a group
It's better to work in groups or in close collaboration with someone else There are two reasons for asking you to work in groups. First, you will find it easier when you come to fit more detail. It's a big task, and if you can work in a team, you will have people to talk with and to exchange ideas, bring working experience into the activities. When you come to write reports or make presentations, having several people working together will produce a better result, and faster.
The second reason for working in groups is that, in the nature of making your Plan, you will need to make contact with other people within your organisation. You must be able to convince them that what you are doing is worthwhile, for otherwise they may not co-operate with your demands for information. This is all part of the team working style. You have probably worked this way already and will know how beneficial it can be for problem solving. Some of you, however, may have to work separated from your fellow students. You will keep in touch using email and the listserver. There are activities on this later in this section.
