               When I Must Leave You

    When I must leave you for awhile  Please do not grieve and shed wild tears, And hug your sorrow thru the years. But start out bravely with a gallant smile; And for my sake and in my name
Live on and do all things the same.  Feed not your loneliness on empty days, But fill each waking hour in useful ways, Reach out your hand in comfort and cheer, And I in turn will comfort you and hold you near;
   And never , never be afraid to die, For I am waiting for you in the sky!

  Lindsey was born on March 14, 1985 and grew into a beautiful young lady. She loved her family and friends, spending time with her older Sister Alicia, her cousin Ashley and her friends, but most of all her 2 nephews Ryan and newborn Chuckie.
  Our nightmare started right after Christmas in 1999. We had a wonderful Christmas, a new baby, little Chuckie, Ryan only 4 at the time and really into Christmas, what a wonderful time and how I wish that I could go back.
  About a week or 2 before Christmas Lindsey had a lymph gland in front
                               of  her right ear swell up, no other symptoms , just
                               a swollen gland. Off to the doctor we went the same
                                day, we were told that she had an ear infection that
                                had moved to the gland, she had a few ear
                                infections when she was younger so not alot
                                more thought was given to  it, antibotics were
                                prescribed and  taken. After about a week the
                                swelling had not gone down, so back to the doc we went.  A change in antibotics was what was needed. So here we go with a new round of  meds, not to alarming because when she was little at times we would have to change antibotics to get an ear infections cleared up. Other that the ear infections she was always pretty much healthy, except for bad migrains that she would get. Lindsey started taking the 2nd round of antibotics and the day that school was to return after Christmas break, she woke up for school and for the first time said that she did not feel well, so we went to the ER that time. After spending about 6 hours in the ER we were told that she would have to be admitted, the ER doc said that she had mono and that she would be treated with IV fluids and antibotics, He also contacted our family Doc, and he thought that an biospy should be done, so here is our journey.
