To my darling little boy,
I miss you so much and wish you could be here right now hearing all the things I
want to say to you. I am so sorry you are gone and I want you to know there
isn't a single moment that goes by where I am not thinking about you.
I wish we could be doing all the little things that people take for granted with
their children like taking you to the park, hugging you when you fall and
letting you pick what you want to eat from the supermarket like your little
sister does.
There are so many things I wish we could have done together, I wanted to hold
your teeny fingers and kiss you softly on the cheek, nibble your tiny toes until
you giggled, what I wouldn't give to hear you laugh just once, but then once
would never be enough either. I ache for the smell of your hair that I will
never know and the feel of your tiny lips on my cheek in the morning. But mostly
my angel I just wish for the sight of your beautiful little face smiling at me
when I look into your eyes and tell you how much I love you, and the joy I would
feel at hearing you say it back, the small things people take for granted seem
so very important when you aren't here to say them.
I want to share this with you now, I have put the bits to you in bolder type,
the whole song makes me cry and think of you, this is the way I feel about you
and so much more than could ever be written.

All Those Months
All those months
Your little heart beating so strongly
All those months is silent.
Your little arms and legs
Moving so vigorously are still.
Milk falling like tears from your mothers breasts
Will never nourish you.
Your eye's will never sparkle
Your little voice forever silent.
Your mother holds you in her arms,
Timidly kisses your soft, smooth cheek
Caresses your tiny fingers
And whispers your name with tears.
She dreams of holding you
Of watching you smile and grow
Her love is always with you
A love only a mother could know.

An Angel's Kiss
We go through life so often
Not stopping to enjoy the day,
And we take each one for granted
As we travel on our way.
We never stop to measure
Anything we just might miss,
But if the wind should blow by softly
You'll feel an Angel's Kiss
A kiss that is sent from Heaven
A kiss from up above,
A kiss that is very special
From someone that you love.
For in your pain and sorrow
An Angels kiss will help you through,
This kiss is very private
For it is meant for only you.
So when your hearts are heavy
And filled with tears and pain,
And no one can console you
Remember once again.....
About the ones you grieve for
Because you sadly miss
And the gentle breeze
You took for granted
Was just....."An Angel's Kiss"

Angel Wings
A precious angel slipped away, no one heard a cry.
No time for Dad and Mommy to sing me lullabies.
My time with you was much too short. I had to leave too soon,
But love had joined us as I grew inside my Mommy's womb.
It wove it's way within our hearts, in all our hopes and dreams,
Until the very purest love became my tiny wings.
Although I could not stay with you, I knew right from the start,
That once you felt your angel's love, you'd keep me in your hearts.
I'm just a little angel but my time was not in vain.
As dark clouds that surround you give way unto the sun,
My precious parents you will see that any heart will sing,
If only for a moment it is brushed by angel wings.

Child of Mine
"I'll lend you for a little while, a child of mine," He Said,
"For you to love the while he lives and mourn for when he's dead."
It may be six or seven years or twenty-two or three;
But will you 'Till I call him back, take care of him for me?
He'll bring his charms to gladden you, and should his stay be brief,
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn.
I've searched the wide world over in my search for Teachers True,
And from the throngs that crowd life's lanes, I have selected you.
Now will you give him all your love, nor think the labor vain,
Nor hate me when I come to take him back again?
I fancied that I heard them say, 'Dear Lord, thy will be done;
For all the joy this child shall bring, the risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with happiness; we'll love him while we may.
And for the happiness we've known, forever grateful stay;
But should the angels call for him much sooner than we planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes, and try to understand.

Don't Cry for me Daddy
Don't cry for me Daddy,
I am right here.
Although you can't see me,
I see your tears.
I visit you often,
I go to work with you each day,
And when it's time to close your eyes,
On your pillow is where I lay.
I hold your hand and stroke your hair,
And whisper in your ear.
If your sad today Daddy
Remember I am here.
God took me home,
This we know is true.
But you'll always be my Daddy,
Even though I'm not with you.
I am Daddy's little boy,
We will never be apart,
For every time you think of me,
Please know I'm in your heart.
