Ahh... Bader Hall, the real home away from home!
Isabel and Alfred Bader Hall is a three floor residence building, typical of most residences around Canada and the United States. Indeed, the English countryside views are rather unique, but aside from laundry and housekeeping services, DVD players in the common rooms and a TV with sattelite Bader (as we call it) is mostly normal.
My room, D142 was not huge but there were some that were smaller. My room mate Lauren and I had an alright view (it was of the courtyard) but we didn't mind too terribly. We had a great, social hall which became known as "Delta D and Rob" to reflect our friendly hall and sole male member who gave up his washroom to the girls.
In the three months that we were living together Lauren and I found many similarities and learnt much about each other through our differences. It was a great pairing I think: yay Administration! |
