Warped tour 02,
Embossed in scars,
And AFI,
Ripping up her popularity,
Into another social outcast,
With blood stained black,
To match her,
Breaking heart,
Lost into two.
Tattoo me,
With your words,
That kiss me and kill me,
With their poison,
Best friends with anarchy,
And I take it all away,
With one CD,
Because thats civilisation,
Not another Hollywood gone bad.
Dream away into nothingness,
And one last heaven,
Spilled my only ink,
Into a suicide note,
That floated away,
With the frosty winds,
Of forgotten angels,
I remember,
When I used to smile,
But only because,
I framed it on my wall.
And Im trying,
To be them,
A too big NoFX tee-shirt,
And a scowl to match,
Ditching my classes,
For a single scar,
That Ill hide with jelly bracelets,
But theyll still burn,
Imaginary flames,
That flicker and glitter.
You keep sending me,
You in a file,
And I have to grin,
Because you look so,
Child like and happy,
Where did you buy your mask?
Because its identical to mine,
Fake smiles, sharing the same angst,
Only yours is lonelier.
