Sam
Meet My Puppy Dog
Sammie loves to sleep all day long and go sit outside when it's not too hot.  Like I already said he goes places with us, like to the lake to see the geese, to his "grandparents" for a visit, or his "cousin" Fletcher's to run around and play.  Fletcher is a Blue Heeler mix and his "mommy" is "Aunt Amy."  Sam loves to play fetch, but doesn't always bring the ball back.  He also enjoys playing tug-of-war, especially with socks.  His favorite toy is our worn out socks, especially Marc's.  He also loves having rawhide bones for a special treat.  He enjoys the holidays and getting to open up his own gifts.  Almost every year he has had his own birthday party, complete with party hats, cake, ice cream, presents and the guests.  Ice cream cones are his favorite.
Since I work on my Dad's farm I can take him to work with me from time to time.  He enjoys checking out the little pigs.  He especially likes harvest time, when I take him with me in the combine.  He spends the whole day in there with me and sleeps most of the time, but I wake him to see the pheasants, rabbits and deer.  Sammie is our baby and we love to spoil him rotten as you can see by all of these pictures.  I mean he got his own website didn't he.  Sammie thanks you for reading about him and looking at his goofy pictures.

Sam discovered the cabinets in our bedroom when I was refinishing the doors, so he claimed this one as his home.

Sam in his Halloween costume for 1999 as a clown.  Fits him well.
This is Sam's usual position for sleeping in my chair.
Here's another goofy picture of Sam sleeping in my chair.
Sam eating cake and ice cream at his last birthday party.
And this is Sam at his goofiest.  This is his new way of sleeping, on his back.  I think he thinks he's human.
