My Psychosis
Lately I've become more interested in my dreams and sleep in general. I started looking up dream meanings one day and came across a page on A.S.P. Awake during sleep paralysis is a condition in which someone about to fall asleep, or just upon waking from sleep, realizes that they are unable to move or speak (Some times I find I cant open my eyes or breath either but not always.)I have had this problem since I was about 8 yrs old and never told anybody cause I thought maybe I was crazy. Turns out it's very common. Some people have hallucinations (visual and or auditory)Aliens,demons,strange voices,noises and smells, etc.Some only sense an evil presence. Some people have an O.B.E. Out of Body Experiance.It can be very frightening. Some people have learned to somewhat control it and use it to have very lucid and exciting dreams.
