When i was really little i was given 2 jammie pies dolls.Between the two of them i had picked my favorite and it went every where with me. Almost every childhood picture of me you can see the doll in the background or clutched in my hand. Then when I was around 5 it was stolent from me in a restraunt. From that day on my whole family had been on the look out in second hand stores and garage sales to find me a replacment. My family basically found every single one but the one I had. This is why i have so many doubles. Only recently did I find the one i had lost many years ago to finally fill my collection. Now i simply collect them for the love of the doll. Every year my obsesion seems to grow. My only goal now is to try to find one of each kind and to learn more about their history. Thanx to everyone that helped my collection grow to where it is today. |
