This I Promise You

I could feel the sun heating my already warm body. My window was open so the beams of light shined brightly on me. Opening my eyes slightly I lifted my body out

of bed. Then I headed towards the bathroom. There I got ready to go get things set for the club tonight. After I was satisfied with the way I looked, I headed downstairs.

Prue was already down there sipping a hot mug of coffee.

“Hey Piper there’s some more coffee in the pot for you.” She greeted me.

“Thanks.” I replied heading over to get some.

I pored my cup then sat next to Prue. She had the newspaper in her hands reading away.

“Anything interesting in there.” I took a sip of coffee waiting for a reply.

“Not much the usual.” She told me.

“I see.” I answered.

“Well I’m gonna head out.” Prue went on getting out of her chair.

“And where are we headed so early in the morning?”

“I’m gonna go down to the beach and take some

pictures.” She answered picking up her supplies.

“Alright I’ll see you later tonight.”

“Bye.” Prue open the door and stepped out.

I reached over and grab the paper. Reading it over I found that Prue had been right, there wasn’t anything interesting in there. Suddenly I heard someone coming down the stairs. Phoebe appeared at the doorway to the kitchen.

“Hey Piper.” She smiled walking over to me

“Good morning Phoebe.”

“Where’s Prue.” She asked looking around the room.

“Prue went down to the beach to take some photos.”

“Yeah I’m sure that’s the only reason. I mean it

couldn’t be cause its like one of the hottest days in the summer.” Phoebe stated sarcastically.

“Of course not Phoebe she is hard at work.” I added with my own sarcasm.

“Well on this hot beautiful day I have to go study in the library. So I will see you later Piper.”

Phoebe announced picking up her books and walking out the door. I decided I should head to P3 as soon as I was finished.

“Hey beautiful” I heard from behind me.

Strong arms rapped around my body. I turned my head slightly already knowing who was there. Leo pulled away and I stood up. I reached into his arms giving him and even bigger hug.

“I missed you.” I said into his chest.

“I missed you to. I was thinking why don’t we catch a movie. I mean we haven’t been out for a while and there has been a lack of demons.”

“That sounds like a great idea.”

“When should I orb by.”

“How bout around 6:00.”

“Sounds good. Lets just hope we don’t get interrupted. Well I guess I’ll be on my way. I wouldn’t wanna keep you from your work.”

“You can keep me from my work any time.”

We leaned forward and shared a kiss. Then Leo orb out.

“Bye” I whispered to spot where Leo had stood. I was at the club by 7:00. Lots had to be done for tonight. Plus I had to get ready for the big performance that would be in a few days. There would be big crowd for sure, since one of the most popular bands would be playing at P3 in a few days. N*Sync, I think there very good myself. I guess that’s why I got them to perform. I still haven’t told Phoebe they are her favorite group in the whole world.  She’s is so gonna freak. It will be a nice surprise. I worked at the club all day. By the time I was half finished I realized I wouldn’t have a chance to get

ready for tonight.

“Hey Cassie can you finish this stuff for me and lock up.” I asked my assistant.

“Yeah no problem. Got a hot date with your gorgeous boyfriend.” Cassie giggle.

“As a matter of fact I do and I have to go get ready.”

“Then be my guest leave don’t keep that honey waiting.” Cassie giggled again.

“Thanks Cassie I’ll see you tonight” I said heading out the door.

“Hey Piper there is one problem. We don’t have a bartender anymore since Leo has been doing whatever his other job is.”

“Oh yeah dam I’ll have to put an add out. Hey can you get someone to cover it for tonight? I’ll work on it tomorrow.”

“I’m sure we can work something out. Have a good time.”

“Thanks cya.”

I drove home quickly. As I went in the phone started to ring. I ran in the other room and picked it up.

“Hello.” I said.

“Hey Piper I just wanting to let yeah know I’m on my way home.” Prue said from the other end.

“Ok I might not be here I’m going out tonight.”

“Where are you going.”

“For your noisy sister business I am going to the movies with Leo.” I answered Sarcastically

“Oh well you two kids have fun.” Prue laughed

“I’m sure we will now if you excuse me I’m gonna go get ready.”

“Alright then I’ll see yeah later.”

“Yeah bye.”

After I hung up the phone I ran upstairs. I grab my change of cloths and changed into them. Then I went downstairs to wait for Leo. I decided to watch TV tell he came. A few minutes went by then Leo orb in.

“Ready Piper.” Leo asked pulling me off the couch.

“Yes, lets get going or were gonna miss the movie.”

“Well I have a fast and easy way to get there.” Leo replied with a smile.

“You do? I wonder whatever you could mean. ” I asked smiling right back.

“Came here.”

I obeyed and he rapped his arms around me again. Suddenly a tingling sensation came over me. A few seconds later we where at the movie Theaters.

“I don’t know if I’m ever gonna get use to that feeling.” I replied.

“The more you do it the weirder it feels. Lets go inside.”

Leo took my hand and we walked into the movies. After we got the tickets Leo said he would go get the snacks. I stayed near theaters 4 which was the one we were going to. Suddenly a friend came into view. He walked towards me.

“Hi Dan.” I greeted as he neared me.

“Piper.” It felt weird talking to him again. I hadn’t spoke to him since he gave me those files on Leo. “You going to this movie to?”

“Yes.”

“Are you al……” Suddenly Leo came over to us, “Oh.”

“Hey Dan.” Leo said.

“Leo.”

Everyone was silent for a minute tell Dan broke

it. “Well I’m on a date to.”

“Well that’s great.” I was happy he is moving on in his life.

“I guess we should go in.” Leo said pulling my arm.

I could tell he felt kind of odd being near Dan. After all Dan didn’t seem to like Leo that much. Not that I can blame him. I guess Dan has a right.

“Your right.”

I followed Leo into the movie and we sat down. I wondered why Dan hadn’t followed. The I remember he must be waiting for his date. Mean while back where Dan is, A young women came up to Dan. Her hair flowed down her back down to her waste.

Her eyes  where a deep purple so deep they almost looked black.

“Are they here?” The girl asked Dan.

“Of course, I bugged her house I should know.”

“Excellent. I want you to sprinkle this in something that the guy will eat.” She said giving Dan a container

“No problem.”

“Good now go and you will have your witch back.”

“ Wait there is a problem I need a date you have to

come in.”

“Errrrr you think I want them to see me. Fine I’ll disguise myself.”

The women waved her hand in front of her face. The black her grew shorter and lighter. Soon it was a bleached blonde as short as her shoulders. The women had changed her dark purple eyes to a light blue that certainly wouldn’t cause any attention.

“Lets go.”

The movie started up and I snuggled closer to Leo. He put his arm around me. Suddenly I saw Dan and his girlfriend. I realized the movie was pretty crowed and

there wasn’t many empty seats with, two together. Except for the one next to us. They walked up the stairs to our row.

“Great.” Leo muttered under his breath.

I got up and moved one seat over. Leo did the same. I knew this wasn’t gonna be the date we had hoped it would be. First of all Leo and Dan were sitting next to each

other. I don’t know why his girlfriend just doesn’t sit there. Suddenly Dan bent down. He hadn’t brought any food in so I wonder what he was doing. Probably tying his shoe not that it is my business. I decided to stop concentrating on Dan and just concentrate on my boyfriend.

“Hey Leo can I have some popcorn?” I whispered.

Leo picked the bag off the ground and we both started munching on it.

After the movie Leo and I decided to go sit on the beach. We were unaware that we were being watched.

“So that date didn’t go as I planed.” Leo commented looking at the stars.

“Well it wasn’t perfect but I had a great time. Wanna know why?”

“Cause the movie was good.”

“No, cause I was with you.”

“I guess it could have gone worse.”

“Things can always get worse in out lives.”

“Your right about that.”

“Its chilly out here.” I commented.

“Here take my jacket.” He took his coat off and put it around my shoulders. Then I put my head on his chest and started to fall asleep. A half hour later I was awaken.

“Hey Sleepy head I think we better get you home. Your sisters could hurt me if I don’t get you back.” Leo laughed

“Oh don’t worry about them. Well Phoebe wouldn’t care then again you never know with Prue. But your right I don’t want to worry them. I guess we should head home.”

“All right.”

We walked back to the car then Leo drove home. We were back around 2:00. I could see from outside that the kitchen light was on.

“Great someone waited up.” I complained.

“Hey its nice you have sisters that care.”

“Yeah your right.”

Leo walked me to the front door. I kissed him on the lips then opened the door.

“See yeah later.”

“Yeah, Love yeah.”

“Love you to bye.”

I gave him one more hug then went into the house.

Leo stood staring at the door for a couple minutes. He really didn’t want the night to end, but it already had. Suddenly someone grab Leo from the back. He tried

to get away but he/she/it was very strong.

“Don’t make a sound or I’ll kill her.” Leo obeyed the women.

Not that he could talk since she had his mouth covered. Leo then thought about his powers. He tried to orb but it didn’t work.

“You can’t orb I drugged you earlier with a magical position. Now we have to go.”

Leo struggled even more but the women’s grasp became tighter. Suddenly they

both disappeared.

“Hey Prue.” I said walking into the kitchen.

“Your home late. Every heard of a phone?”

“Sorry sis we went to the beach and lost track of time.”

“Its ok I wasn’t to worry after all you were with your gardening angel.”

“Ha ha ha very funny.”

“Any ways did you have a good time?”

“Well the beach was wonderful, but the movie didn’t go to well.”

“Why.”

“Dan was there with a date and he sat next to Leo cause it was crowded.”

“Wow that must of went over well.”

“Oh yeah Leo wasn’t to happy. Well I think I’m gonna hit the hay.”

“Yeah I’m going soon to.”

“Night Prue.” I hugged her then started up the stairs.

“Oh and Piper I like the coat new fashion statement huh? For some reason I seem to remember Leo having the exact same one.”

“Dam I forgot to give it back. I got cold so he gave me his jacket.”

“Oh well its not like Leo doesn’t come over here everyday.”

“Your right, Well night.”

After leaving Prue downstairs I headed towards my room. Passing Phoebe’s room I saw that she was reading a book. I walked in and sat next to her.

“Isn’t it a little late to be studying.” As I said this Phoebe jumped. Obviously she hadn’t heard me come in.

“Oh Piper, I was just reading a book. Not really studying.”

“I see.”

“So tell me all the details.” Phoebe asked excitedly throwing her book aside.

“We went to the movies. Dan was there so we didn’t have the best of times. But we went to the beach after and that made up for everything.”

“Oh a romantic night on the beach. Piper I’m so jealous I want a guy like that.”

“I’m sure you’ll find the perfect guy for you someday.”

“I hope so.”

“It’s late you should get some rest.” I told my little sister giving her a kiss on the forehead. “I know I’m tired.”

“Goodnight Piper.”

“Night.” I left Phoebe and went to my room. There I changed and laid on my bed. For some reason I was having trouble falling asleep. I kept on getting this

weird feeling something was wrong. After a while of tossing and turning I finally fell asleep. The next day I woke up pretty late for me. After doing the necessary morning stuff I headed downstairs. Phoebe was already up eating her favorite cereal.

“Hey Pheebs.” I greeted grabbing the paper and sitting next to her.

“Morning.”

“Where’s Prue?”

“Amazing she is still sleeping. I can’t believe I got up earlier than you two.”

“So what are you going to do today?”

“I have to go to class then I figure I might study some more at the library. How about you?”

“I’m going down to the club. Get everything ready.”

“You work to hard Piper.” Phoebe commented looking at me.

“Oh don’t give me that speech again.” I answered getting annoyed. I know the only reason my sisters said that was because they get worried about me. Every

since I got that disease I have been taking it easy.

“Sorry Piper I just care about you.” Phoebe apologized.

“Its okay.” I told Phoebe reassuring her I wasn’t mad.

“So do you think Leo will mind if I use his jacket for a while.” Phoebe asked getting up and heading over to it on the chair.

“Oh no Phoebe once you use something you don’t give it back. Your not robbing Leo of his cloths.” I answered.

“That’s not true I give stuff back after a while.”

Phoebe said picking up the coat. Suddenly Phoebe got really stiff. I knew she was having a Premonition. This worried me since usually the thing she touches is

linked to the vision. After a few minutes that seemed like hours Phoebe came out of it. She was gasping a little for breath so I went over to her and lead her to a chair.

“Are you okay.” I asked noticing the color had left her face. She nodded giving me her answer. I waited a few more minutes not wanting to rush things. Finally I popped the question that I’m sure Phoebe is sick of hearing.

“What did you see?”

“Piper it it was……” When she didn’t finish right away I got even more worried.

“Phoebe what happen tell me?”

“Someone was holding on to Leo and they disappeared.”

Phoebe answered. As I heard this I dropped down into a kitchen chair. A wave of fear come over me. What if he was already dead? Oh god I can’t live with out him.

Tears started to force there way out of my eyes. Phoebe gave me a hug.

“Come on Piper we don’t know anything. He could be fine. I am going to go get Prue.” She said stroking my hair.

“Was it of the past or future.” I asked hoping we would have time to save him.

“Past I get different feelings from future Premonitions. I’ll be right back.” Phoebe got up and ran upstairs. I waited for them in the kitchen. Before they came down stairs I whipped my tears away. Everything is gonna be ok I kept telling myself. Phoebe came in with Prue close behind her. Phoebe had a worried look on her face. I knew she was trying to act calm for me, but she couldn’t help but worry. She didn’t love Leo the same way I did, but she did love him. So did Prue I knew they thought of him as a sort

of big brother figure. It made me smile when I thought Leo had become part of the family like that. He knew lots of things about us and not just because he had to. Leo wanted to know about my sisters and I. That’s one of the things that made me pick him. Dan was to involved in himself. Prue gave me a hug and I returned it.

“We’ll get him back.” She whispered into my ear.

“But we don’t even know who took him.” I told her.

“We will look in the book of shadows.” Prue said.

“Under what?” I was starting to panic.

“I don’t know….. White lighters, demons who hunt white lighters, we’ll search that whole book if we have to.”

“Lets go.” Phoebe replied running upstairs again.

Prue and I followed her. Pure and Phoebe searched just about the whole book. There were a bunch of things about white lighters and hunters of them. None of them

described the women that Phoebe had saw.

“God why doesn’t this stupid book help us?” Phoebe yelled.

“Phoebe your not helping.” Prue scolded.

“Sorry.” She muttered searching through the book some more.

Suddenly the door bell rang.

“I’ll get it. I need a little break.” Phoebe answered going downstairs.

I followed her down the stairs also needing a break. She answered the door Dan was

standing there.

“Hey Dan.” Phoebe greeted trying to sound cheerful, but it didn’t work.

“Hey Phoebe. Piper how are you.” Dan sounded very happy to happy.

“Dan this isn’t a good time.” I told him turning to head back upstairs.

“Sorry Dan we have to do something.” Phoebe said putting her hand on his shoulder.

“Phoebe are you ok?” Dan asked not that concerned instead he was staring at me. I turned around when I heard what he said. Phoebe was very stiff again. She must be having another Premonition. This one better have more info. Suddenly Phoebe loosened up and stared at Dan.

“On second thought why don’t you sit down Dan.” Phoebe said harshly.

I had never heard her take that kind of tone.

“Umm ok.” Dan went to the couch.

“Piper kitchen.” I walked into the kitchen after Phoebe.

“What did you see?” I asked her for the second time this day.

“I saw the same girl in my other Premonition with Dan. They were laughing and Leo was there to. He was unconscious hocked up to some machine. It was of the

past again.”

I was stunned by what she was saying. Dan was one of the last people I would point the finger at.

“Oh god how could he do this to me?” I asked. “Was was…… Leo alive?”

“I’m pretty sure.” She answered.

“I’m gonna kill him.” I told Phoebe anger showing in my voice.

“Calm down. I’m mad at him to, but you can’t kill him. We have to find out were Leo is. We are gonna have to keep our cool and talk to him”

“Your right lets go.” I walked in the other room with my sister at my heels. “Dan we have to talk.” I said determined to keep my cool.

“Where’s Leo.” Phoebe yelled out.

“I thought you said to do this calmly.” I asked looking at her.

“Sorry.” She looked back to Dan. “So?” He had a worried look on his face.

“Ho… how should I know.” He stuttered.

“Listen Dan we know you have seen him and frankly I’m not amused. Right now I’m down right pissed.” I yelled.

“Damit.” He yelled and black surrounded the area. Suddenly he was gone. I was stunned yet again.

“Did he just orb?” Phoebe asked also surprised.

“He sold his soul to become a dark lighter.” I said realizing the truth.

“What’s going on.” Prue ask coming down the stairs. “I heard some yelling.”

“Dan’s a dark lighter and he has Leo.” Phoebe answered looking at her older sister.

“WHAT!” Prue exclaimed.

“Not now, Prue can you astral project to Leo and see if he’s ok.” I asked hoping for a yes.

“Oh god I’ve never tried to go to a person when I don’t know where they are.”

“Please try.” I pleaded.

“Ok.” Prue closed her eyes. After a while her body got the way it does when she leaves it.

Prue arrived at a dark cave. It took her a few minutes for her eyes to adjust to the light. She then noticed Leo in the corner hook up to some machine.

“Leo!” Prue yelled running over to him. He was unconscious. “Leo are you okay?” She took his head in her hands lifting it slightly to get him to look at her. “Come on Leo answer me.”

“Prue?” Leo asked opening his eyes a little.

“Thank god your ok. Can you orb out of here?” Prue already knew the answer but she asked any ways.

“They drugged me with something. You should get out of here. They don’t want you.” Leo’s voice was barely audible.

“Leo do you know where you are?” She asked ignoring his last statement.

“I don’t know.” He whispered.

“Well well well. What a pleasure to see you Ms. Halliwell.” A women rose from the shadows.

“Let Leo go!” Prue yelled.

“I think not. I can’t wait to meet you in person. I hate that power astral projection. I mean I can’t kill you, but then again you can’t kill me.”

“I’m not leaving without him.” Prue said firmly.

“Well your gonna be here for a long time and you only have about four hours to vanquish me.”

“Four, why four?”

“I’m draining his power. It should take four hours give or take a few. Once his powers are gone he will be dead.” Hearing this Prue went back to her body.

“Phoebe do you think he is alive.” I asked my sister looking out in to space.

“Of course Piper. He has to be, we are going to save him. Ok?”

Phoebe came and sat next to me on the couch. Suddenly Prue’s body become limber again. She opened her eyes and looked around the room.

“Is he ok?” I asked quickly as I saw my sister return.

“Yeah but he is in bad shape. We have to save him before four hours is up.” Prue answered.

“Why?” Phoebe asked.

“Because this demon is draining his powers. She told me if we don’t kill her within four hours he will die.” Prue said this last part in a small voice.

“How do we know who this demon is?” I asked looking at my sisters.

“I think I saw one like her in the book of shadows.” Prue answered getting up from the couch.

Phoebe and I followed her up the stairs. There we searched for 3

hours through the book. I was getting very frustrated

every second was counting and we were getting no

where.

“Errrr this book is useless!!!” I yelled.

Suddenly the pages of the book started to flip on its own.

“Ok maybe I take that back.” I answered.

The pages stopped on one that said the sinister demon.

“She creates danger to any good creatures. Her main goal like many others is to steal powers from good witches, white lighters, and other such things. Once she has reached full power she will destroy the world with her cruelty. Her powers include blinking from place to place, throwing fire, lazier eyes that kill, and the ability to steal someone’s powers over a period of time” Phoebe said reading the text on the

pages.

“It doesn’t say how to vanquish her.” Prue replied looking it over one more time.

“Lets go anyways at least we know what she is.” I said heading towards the door.

“But we don’t even know where she is.” Phoebe answered.

“I do, I recognize the place. Dad and I went camping once. I went in a cave while he wasn’t looking and I am certain this is the same one. I remember seeing weird markings on the wall.” Prue said heading towards the door to with me.

“But but we don’t have a plan.” Phoebe interrupted.

“We can think of something on the way. Come on its getting late.”

After this statement we all headed to the car. Prue got into the drivers seat and we headed to the cave. It took about a half hour to get to the

cave. As we reached it I jumped out of the car before

it came to an compete stop. Soon after Phoebe and Prue

came next to me.

“Well I guess we go in.” Phoebe said looking at the dark entrance.

I took the first step forward followed by my sisters. We entered and indeed it was very dark. I could see a little but not much. Suddenly I saw Leo. He was hooked to something and looked half dead. My heart skipped a beat. I ran over to him.

“Leo are you ok?” I asked gently pulling his head into my hands. At hearing my voice he opened his eyes slightly.

“Piper.” He whispered.

“Why hello so glad you could make it.” An evil voice laughed behind me. She shot fire in the direction of Prue and Phoebe. Before it hit them they took cover behind a bolder. I froze her and ran to my sisters.

“Are you alright?” I asked them.

“Yeah we are fine.” Prue answered.

Suddenly the demon unfroze.

“Piper freeze her.” Prue yelled.

I tried but nothing happen.

“Its not working.”

“Ha ha you should know that your powers won’t work on

me for that long.” The women laughed. Again.

She again through fire at us. We all jumped out of the way, but I got slightly burned on the arm. Suddenly Dan appeared next to the women.

“You said she wouldn’t get hurt.” Dan yelled at the demon.

“Things have changed.” She answered cruelly.

Her eyes then started to glow red. A beam of light collided with the bolder and it shattered into a thousand pieces. Without the protection of that rock we were

exposed to her. She got ready for another shot with her eyes.

“NOOO!” Dan yelled pushing the demon. Her aim got off target and hit the wall of the cave.

“What are you doing?” The thing yelled.

Her eyes then glowed red again and she shot at Dan. It hit him

directly in the chest. In pained me to see this happen, but Dan had brought this upon himself. If he hadn’t hurt Leo then none of this would have happen. Prue took this opportunity to use her power. She threw her against the cave.

“Let our powers combined          To destroy this witch from all times.” Phoebe said.

She repeated it and this time Prue and I joined in.

“NOOOOOOOOOO!” She screamed as fire engulfed her.

Soon she was a pile of dust. Seeing that she was gone I ran over to Leo. He had fallen from the machine and was on the ground. I held his body in my arms and let tears stream down my face. Prue and Phoebe were with Dan.

“I’m sorry Phoebe, Prue I never meant to hurt anyone.” Dan whispered to the two girls.

He was badly hurt and was bleeding all over the place.

“Its okay.” Phoebe said.

“If you give Leo that potion over there in small portions he should be okay. Its his powers that she stole from him. Don’t give it to him all at once though all the power going back into the weak body would kill him.”

“Ok.” Prue replied.

“Tell Piper I love her and I’m sorry.” Dan whispered again.

His voice was barely audible. After his eyes closed and the two sisters knew he was gone.

“Oh Leo please wake up.” I cried holding him in my eyes.

Prue and Phoebe walked over to me. I had felt for a pulse before but there was none. I couldn’t lose him I just couldn’t. More tears rolled down my cheeks and I held him even tighter. Prue walked over to the machine that Leo had been on. She picked up a bottle that had a white glowing liquid in it. The she came back to me and kneeled next to us.

“If we can get this in to him he might be ok.” She whispered opening his mouth slightly.

She pored a little of the substance into Leo. After a few minutes he started coughing up some of it. He then opened his eyes and my meant his. I just stared into those

beautiful eyes that I thought I would never see again.

“Oh Leo I love you so much.” I said hugging him and letting the tears fall again.

“I love you two.” he whispered

“Don’t ever scare me like that again.”

“I’ll try not to.” We stayed in a hugging position for a few minutes then Phoebe interrupted.

“I think we should get Leo home. I’m sure that’s not to comfortable.”

“Your right.” I answered pulling away from Leo.

I got up then Prue, Phoebe, and I helped Leo up. We walked to the car at a very slow pace. As Leo wasn’t strong enough to hold his head up never mind walk. After a

few times of having to take a brake me made it. Prue again drove with Phoebe in the front seat. I sat with Leo in the back. He was in sort of a laying position with his head on my lap. I ran my fingers through his hair never taking my eyes off him.

After a long drive home we finally made it. When we got there we all helped Leo inside. I settled him down on the couch and I sat next to him.

“We are glad you are ok.” Phoebe and Prue both told Leo as they left to give us some time.

“I’m sorry I let this happen”

“Its not your fault.” Leo answered lifting his hand up to touch my face.

It seemed he had some troubled doing this but he did anyways.

“I’m just glad your okay. I can’t imagine what I would have done if I lost you.”

“I’m never going to leave you. I’ll always find my way back to you.”

“You promise.”

“Yes.” I then kissed Leo gently on the lips. After a minute or two we pulled away.

“I bet you are tired. Close your eyes.” He obeyed and

soon drifted off to sleep.

A few weeks later Leo was feeling much better. He could do many things but I helped him with a few. He still couldn’t orb well so the elders gave him a sort of vacation. A few days after we saved Leo I decided to ask NSYNC if they would wait to perform. So I could be there to make sure everything went well. They agreed to it. A week more went by and Leo was doing good. I then asked them to came on Thursday. Thursday

came pretty quickly and we all headed to the club. I still hadn’t told Phoebe about it.

“So Piper who’s performing tonight.” Phoebe asked as we reached the entrance to the club.

“You’ll see.” I answered wrapping my arms around Leo.

We went inside and it was pretty full. I guess the word had gone around. After a few minutes of waiting at our usual table NSYNC came on stage. Phoebe’s face become dropped a mile.

“Oh my god Piper. They they they are are.”

“NSYNC, I knew you would be surprised.” I looked at Leo and we both went in for a long passionate kiss. Just as NSYNC started to sing “This I Promise You.”
