in the kitchen when Phoebe gets home yelling
Phoebe:
Hello, anybody home????
Prue
and Piper: In here!!!
Phoebe
goes to the kitchen
Phoebe:
hey! Just picked up our mail and Prue, you have an urgent letter!
Prue:
Really??? From who???
Phoebe:
I don’t know, here
Phoebe
gives Prue the letter, Prue opens it and start reading…
Prue:
Oh my god!!!
Piper
and Phoebe: What???
Prue:
This is a letter from Bane!!! And he’s in trouble, but he says he can’t tell
me in here what kind of trouble, I need to go see him.
Piper:
Do you think it’s a demon kind of trouble again???
Phoebe:
Or maybe he’s just missing her ::smiles::
Prue:
I don’t know Piper, and I don’t think he’s kidding Phoebe
Piper:
So, what are you going to do???

I’m going to visit him, obviously

you know Piper I know he saved us before but I still don’t trust him.

gets to the prison

a while an officer brings Bane to a room where Prue is
Officer:

help, he’s here around he tried to kill me 4 times since I sent you that
letter, he’s everywhere, I need to get out of here Prue otherwise I’m dead!
Prue:
Well I can help you with the demon, but I cant get you out of here, and you know

The
officer knocks on the window and points his clock

I’ll see what I can do to help you, do you now anything about him???
Bane:
Not much, just that he's after human who knows that demons exists…

thinks for a while, the officer knows the window again

looks into Prue’s eyes

leaves, on her way to the manor she calls Darryl and tell him she needs help,
and ask him to meet her at the manor as soon as possible, she arrives at the
manor.
Prue:
Piper, Phoebe!!!
They
come from the kitchen
Phoebe:
what did you find out???
Prue:
There’s a demon after him, and his in big dangerous if he stays in jail, do
you remember that demon who killed your friend Charlene, Libris, because she
knew demons exist??? I think he’s after Bane and we need to help him!!!
Piper
and Phoebe: What?? How can you tell??? What do you know about it??
Prue:
I don’t know much and neither does Bane, but we need to get him out of
there…
Phoebe:
Oh great now we’re setting criminals free!!!
Prue:
He’s our innocent Phoebe!
The
doorbell rings
Prue:
I’ll get it, that’s probably Darryl!
Piper
and Phoebe: Darryl???

opens the door

Darryl, hi, come in, thank you for coming
Darryl:
it's ok, now tell me what do you need???
Prue:
ok…Remember Bane???
Darryl:

Yes that’s the one, well he’s needs to get out of prison really fast!!!

there is a demon after him and the demon knows he's in there and he's going to
kill him, he tried to do that already
Darryl:
Prue I cant set criminals free like that and you know that!!!
Prue:
I know, and I also know I shouldn’t be asking this but it's really important,
he's not a criminal right now, he's a innocent who needs help, and if you
don’t help us, we’ll have to use our powers to get him out of there and…
Darryl:
Ok, ok, I got it, I’ll see what I can do, it might take a few days but I’m
going to check his trials and I’ll let you know.
Prue:

Darryl:
Prue justice is not as easy as you think!

you in trouble…

leaves, Prue turns to her sisters

Ok I have a plan, we go to the jail, Piper freeze the cops, I’ll get the keys
from them, we get Bane and come back to the manor, when libris comes to get him
we chant the spell and…

is interrupted by her sisters

wait Prue you’re not serious are you?
Prue:
Yes I’m Phoebe, I’m not going to sit here and wait for another demon to kill
another people I lov…care about!!!

You cant do that it's totally against

and Leo??? Or Phoebe and Cole??? That’s not against the rules right??? Me
trying to save an innocent is!!! If you’re not going to help me I’m doing

goes to the attic trying to find something to get Bane there since she wont be
able to use Piper’s power to help her.
Phoebe
looks to Piper
Phoebe:
What shall we do???
Piper:
I don’t know, but we cant let her down, I mean she was right, he’s our
innocent after all…
Phoebe:
Yeah and breaking this rule is nothing considering how many rules we broke, huh?
They
enter the attic
Phoebe:
Prue, we’ll help you
Piper:
yes, you always helped us, we’re not letting you down when you need us!

looks at her sisters

They
go to the prison and Piper freeze everybody just like they said they would. Prue
gets the keys, Bane is not frozen
Bane:

Hurry we don’t have much time!!
They
go to the manor, getting there, they hear the phone ringing, Phoebe gets it
Phoebe:
Hi, yes, oh ok, I’ll tell her, it's ok, thanks Darryl, bye
She
hangs up
Phoebe:
Prue, Darryl said Bane will have one more chance to prove he's innocent and he's
going to court in 2 days.
Prue
looks at Bane
Prue:
Great, thanks Phoebe, but I think we need to focus on the dem…
Libris
blinks at the manor and throws Bane against the wall, Prue tries to do the same
with him but her powers wont work.
Phoebe:
The spell we need the spell!!!
Prue:
Piper, try to freeze him!!!
Piper
tries but she cant
Piper:

Libris:
I came prepared for you this time witches!!!
Phoebe:
The speeeeeeeell!!!!!
Prue:

Libris disappears, Prue helps Bane up
Prue: are you ok???
He looks into her eyes

Prue: you are always welcome
Prue smiles, they kiss
Piper and Phoebe look at each other and smile
Prue: We need to get you back there before they notice
you are gone…
Bane: yes I know…
They go to the prison, Bane goes back to his cell, and
the girls go back home.

2 days later ************
Prue goes to Bane’s trial to see if he’ll be free
again, she gets there late because she was working, but she just got there on
time to hear that he’s innocent!!! Bane sees Prue, he gives her a big smile,
she walks on his direction
Bane: did you hear that????
Prue: Yes I did!!! This is great!!
Bane: yes I’ll be out of here in one week, you know
because of the papers and all
Prue: yeah, well congratulations
Bane: thanks to you, once more, I think I’ll never
get tired of thanking you for this!
Prue: Well, you need to thank Darryl, not me, he he.
Officer: Hey, Jessup, you need to go back now.
Bane: in a minute!
He turns back to Prue
Bane: so, I guess we’ll be seeing each other a lot
more in a week huh???
Prue: Well I hope so!
They kiss
Bane: I’ll visit you soon
Prue: I’ll be waiting…
