The sexy Charmed sisters are about to get more serious this season, "They favour hot LA designer Monah Li - she makes sheer, sexy, flowing gowns in great fabrics," says LA stylist. "The girls have been wearing her stuff both on the show and out by themselves. It's very much the secret 'in' label in Hollywood right now - she's dressing everyone from Courtney Love to Demi Moore and her kids. And her store is in Silver Lake, not far from the house that is used for the exterior shots of the girls' house."
"In the first season of Charmed , the three sisters were almost always being dressed in hooded   sweatshirts,"explains the show's costume designer, Eilish Zebrasky. "Not only was it boring, but it didn't give each of the girls a character in their own right."
"In this second season we've worked hard to make the costumes reflect the character of each of the three girls. Shannen Doherty, for example, plays the eldest of the three sisters, Prue. Because she is the oldest, she wears very classy, upscale, more sophisicated clothes.I'll find her clothes from Dolce and Gabbana, sometimes Gucci"
"Alyssa Milano plays the youngest sister Phoebe, so I go to cheaper trendy shops. There's a wonderful shop in LA called Urban Outfitters - it's great;I can get eight really hip outfits for her there for only $1,200." "Holly Marie Combs plays the middle sister, Piper. She's usually more conservative than the other two. She's the more sensible, down-to-earth sister, soI'll shop for her in places like Gap, Banana Republic or Guess."
