 Note: This is titled after BBMaks song “Back Here” I don’t own it, I’m just using it. And of course I don’t own the chars in less you don’t know them from the show. Feedback is always good I love it all. So please reply to this story to let me know what yeah think? By the way this takes place after the episode Awakened. Leo and Piper have not gotten back together and Leo is human. The only thing that has happen is Piper gave him a job and helped him find an apartment and a car. Ok just didn’t want anyone to get confused. Enjoy!

Piper Halliwell and her two sisters Prue and Phoebe sat at their usual table at the club. Its not opened yet but soon people will be poring into the hang out. Piper is very distressed and her two sisters are trying to cheer her up.

“Hey Piper its not that bad, two guys fighting over you. Hmmm I would like that any day. Its much better  than being alone.” Her younger sister Phoebe said putting her hand on Pipers shoulder.

“Phoebe’s right. You’ll figure out who you really  want in time. Just follow your heart.” Prue the oldest added.

“I know I know but I don’t know.” Piper mumbled.

“Hun you’re not making since.” Phoebe replied.

“We could try and help you decide.”

“I guess.” Piper said looking at Prue.

“We’ll start with the good things about each guy.” Phoebe exclaimed getting into this.

“Well Leo is nice, sensitive, trusting, caring, not selfish, not to mention I can tell him anything, he’s always been there for me. He even gave up he’s job to save me.”

“And what about Dan?” Prue asked.

“He’s also nice, caring, sensitive, he’s normal.”

“No way that doesn’t count Leo is normal to.” Phoebe  insisted.

Everyone knew that Phoebe wanted Piper to pick Leo. She cared about Leo like an older brother and didn’t like seeing him get hurt. Dan just didn’t give off the same vibe as Leo did. Everything seemed just a little safer when he was around. Maybe it was

the fact that he used to be a white lighter, but that’s just how it feels. Phoebe would never say this to Piper though, because she wanted her to pick for herself.

“Phoebe.” Prue scolded.

“Its okay. I mean Phoebe is right Leo is mortal now.”  Piper went on. “This just isn’t gonna help. Thanks any ways.”

“Hey ladies.” Leo greeted walking up to the sisters.

“Hi.” Phoebe greeted back.

“Yeah hello Leo, well Phoebe and I were just leaving, Weren’t we Phoebe?” Prue elbowed her youngest sister.

“Oh yes nice seeing you bye.” Phoebe said walking out the door with Prue.

“So how was your day?” Leo asked turning his attention back to Piper.

“Pretty good. How was yours.” She asked in return.

“Not bad.”

“Well I guess I should open up since I have my bartender.”

“Guess so.” Piper walked over to the door and opened it.

A bunch of people pored in as Piper moved out of the way. Leo stood at the bar tending to the customers as Piper checked to make sure everything was fine.

Once Piper had finished her job she joined Leo at the bar. He had already tended to everybody so they talked.

“So any demons lately.” Leo asked in a low tone.

Piper leaned on the bar to hear what he was saying.

“No surprise not many.” She answered.

“Hmmm.”

“What does hmmm mean.”

“Oh nothing really.”

“Come on tell me.”

“Well when demons don’t come it sometimes means ether a really large evil is coming or someone is going to face death. I mean for a witch of course. Not a normal

person.” Leo commented.

“Oh great.” Piper wined.

“Its just what some people say I mean its nothing.” Leo answered trying to confort the discussion.

“I guess.”

“You know what? I should get back to work.” Leo said abruptly getting ready to move away.

“There’s no one to surve its okay.” Piper replied grabbing his shirtsleeve.

“I still should go.” He then went to the other side of the bar.

What in the world got into him Piper  wondered. Just then a hand fell upon her shoulder.

“Hey beautiful.” A voice greeted from behind Piper.

Dan stood in front of her. Piper then knew why Leo  turned cold and walked away. The only thing that could make Leo like that was Dan, and vise versa.

“Dan hi. I thought you had to work late.”

“I got out early. You know Piper don’t get mad, but I really don’t like him.”

“What Leo?”

“Yeah.”

“Well he’s my friend and there is nothing you can do about that.” Piper answered getting annoyed. She hated  when someone told her who should and should not be her

friends.

“Sorry he just gives off a weird vibe.”

“Leo is great ok…… Just leave him alone.”

“Yeah whatever. Come to the park tomorrow morning. I have something very important to tell you.”

“Dan you know I have to work.”

“Oh come on.”

“All right all right I’ll see if Leo can cover for me.”

“Yeah yeah whatever. Well I’m gonna head out.”

“Why?”

“I am tired I would like to get home. Is that a problem with you?”

“No go right ahead.” Piper said walking away from him. I spotted Leo and joined him. He seemed to noticed I was a little upset. The way Dan had talk to get me mad.

“Are you alright?” Leo asked.

“Yeah I’m fine. Just tired.”

“Why don’t yeah go home. I’ll lock up.”

“Really?”

“Yeah sure.”

“Thanks, but I couldn’t I mean I was gonna ask if you could come in early tomorrow.”

“Hey go home and I’ll come in early two. I don’t have much to do these days.”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah go ahead.”

“Well I guess. Bye.” Piper gave Leo a kiss on the cheek and headed out the door.

“Love you.” Leo whispered staring at Piper as she  left. His face turned into a frown as he thought about Dan and Piper. He wanted Piper more than anything in the world. But he wanted her to be happy even more and he wasn’t sure if he was what made her happy. A single tear fell down his cheek.

The next day Piper walked slowly to the park. After a half hour she made it. Dan was sitting on a blanket waiting for her.

“Hey there.” Dan greeted as Piper sat down.

“What did you want to talk about?” Piper asked not wanting to waste too much time.

“First I wanted to say sorry for last night. I was really tired then I see you with Leo and I guess I  just lost it. Please forgive me.”

I thought for a second then looked into his eyes. All my angry disappeared and we locked in a passionate kiss.

“I’m not mad anymore.” Piper whispered.

“Good.” Dan then got on to one knee and took Piper’s  hand.

“Piper Halliwell will you marry me?” He then slid a beautiful fancy ring on her finger. Piper was caught totally surprised. She had no idea he wanted to get married.

“Oh my god. Dan this is a huge step. I I don’t know if I’m ready.” Piper stuttered.

“Piper I love you. We should be together forever.”

Piper didn’t know what to say. She cared for Dan very much, but she didn’t know if she loved him.

“Dan……….”

“Its Leo isn’t it? I can’t believe this.” Dan yelled.

“No no. I just don’t know if I am ready.”

“If you don’t wanna get married then I guess we are over. I guess you just don’t love me.”

“No Dan please.”

“Then marry me.” Piper looked to the sky. She didn’t  know what to do. Her answer would decide what her choice would be.

“Sooo.” Dan pushed.

“Yes I’ll marry you” Piper answered in a whisper.

“Oh my god. We’re getting married Piper I love you so much.” They hug for a long time.

Dan was over joyed, but Piper wasn’t so sure.

“I should go tell my sisters.”

“Ok I have someone I wanna tell. I’ll see you later. Love you. Dan kissed Piper then headed towards his car.

Piper sat on the ground for a few minutes. She was trying to gather everything that happens. What was she going to tell Leo? Piper didn’t want to lose him, but what was she suppose to do. Piper decided to go home and consult her sisters. She walked for another half hour tells she got home. Phoebe and Prue where sitting

on the couch.

“Hey Piper your home already.” Phoebe greeted.

Piper walked over to the couch and sat next to her.

“What’s wrong Piper?” Prue asked noticing something wasn’t right.

“Dan asked me to marry him.” I told them lifting up my hand to show them the ring.

“Oh my god Piper that’s wonderful. What did you say?” Prue said.

“I said yes.” Piper answered.

“Oh my god our sister is getting married.” Phoebe exclaimed hugging Piper.

“Now why aren’t we happy?” Prue asked noticing Piper’s expressing.

“Because this was my decision and I don’t know if I made the right one. Plus its I mean I don’t know if I am ready to get married.” Piper answered.

“Oh hun don’t get married if you aren’t sure you love him.” Prue said hugging Piper.

“If Dan really loves you he will wait tell you are ready.” Phoebe added stroking my hair.

“I know. You guys I think I need some time alone.” Piper replied getting up and heading to her room.

“Of course.” Phoebe answered as she walked out of the room.

The two sisters left in the living room sat in silence for a few minutes. Both staring at each other waiting for someone to break the ice.

“I don’t think she wants to do this.” Prue was the one to break the silence.

“You got that feeling two?” Phoebe stated more than asked.

A very happy Dan drove his way to P3. No one could wipe his smile off his face. He had won Piper was his. Dan reached P3’s parking lot and jumped out of his car. He then headed for the door to the club. Dan knew Piper wouldn’t be there but she wasn’t

who he wanted to see. Walking in the club Dan spotted Leo fixing up the bar. He headed over towards him.

“Hey Leo.” Dan greeted with a wide smile.

“Hi.” Leo replied not sure of what to think.

“Do yeah know where Piper is?”

“Last I heard she was with you why?”

“Oh she went to tell her sisters the good news a while ago. I thought maybe she had come back to the club. You know Piper always working.”

“Yep that’s her.”

“So are you going to come?” Dan asked trying to get back to his topic.

“To what?”

“The wedding.”

“Wedding?”

“Piper and I are getting married its a dream come true.”

“Marr married.” Leo stuttered.

“Yep!” Dan exclaimed pleased with the reaction he had   gotton. “Well I’m gonna head out see yeah.”

As Dan said this he headed out of P3. Leo was left shocked. His heart felt like someone had ripped it out and torn it into a thousand pieces. He slid down to the ground near the bar. Tears fell down his eyes. He had lost and there was nothing he could do. Leo put his head in his hands and started to sob even harder.

“Until your back here baby yeah

There’s a feeling inside I want you to know

You are the one and I can’t let you go

So I told you lies even made you cry”

After a while of thinking in her room Piper decided to get to work. She ran downstairs to her surprise he sisters weren’t there.

“Just as well I don’t feel like talking to them right now.” Piper replied walking out the door.

She hurried to P3 having the feeling something was wrong. When she reached the club she found that Leo was nowhere in sight. Piper checked her office and found a note. It

Read:

Dear Piper,

         Thank you so much for everything you have done for

me. I really appreciate it. I am gonna find another

job and let you get on with your life. Thanks for all

you have done.

                                                        Love,

                                                        Leo

“I can’t believe this.” Piper dropped the letter and ran out to her car. Piper had no idea what she was  doing. All she knew was that she had to see him. After driving like a manic she reached the apartment they had just bought a few days ago. Quickly she ran up the steps to room 44. Not bothering to knock she ran into the room. Leo was there on the couch staring blankly into space. He didn’t even seem to notice that Piper

had come it. She walked over and sat next to him. Suddenly he jumped noticing her for the first time.

“Pi Piper what are you doing here?” Leo asked looking at the women he loved.

“Why are you leaving?” She asked hurt in her eyes.

“Piper you really don’t have a place in your life for me any more. You made your decision. If Dan is what makes you happy then you’re making the right choice

about marrying him. I’m not gonna stop you, I want you to be happy.”

“Who told you?” Piper choked.

“Dan dropped by looking for you a while ago.”

“I don’t want you to go.” Piper said a tear started  to roll down her cheek. Leo wiped it away and stroked her hair.

“Do me a favor. Don’t marry him in less he makes you happy. Ok?” Piper just nodded her head in return.

She started to cry even harder burring her head in Leo’s shoulder. This will be the last time I hold her like this Leo thought.

“I want you to be there.” Piper sobbed “Please.”

Leo didn’t know what to say. He didn’t really want to watch Dan and her get married, but he would do anything for Piper. Even if she didn’t love him

“Of course. I wouldn’t miss it for the world. Even if I’m not the groom.” Leo said this last part in a  whisper, but Piper heard it.

It made her cry even harder. Piper and Leo stayed in a hugging position for

over an hour. Piper still hadn’t stopped crying, Leo wasn’t sure of what to do. Seeing her like this broke his heart even more than not being with her. Suddenly Piper pulled away.

“I should go.” She wiped her tears off her face and stood up.

Leo stood next to her.

“Bye.” They both walked to the door and Piper walked  out.

A few weeks went by and Piper was feeling worse and worse about this wedding. Everything was still on she acted all happy, but deep inside she was scared out of

her mind. Phoebe had helped her pick a beautiful light blue dressed and nice dresses for the other women in the wedding. She looked like an angel in it. Prue got the flowers and decorations and got a nice church near the park to take them. All that was left was the invitations. Dan and Piper sat down together to do them.

“Well we should invite my parents and all my friends Dan started. Plus your sisters any friends you wanna invite?” Piper wasn’t really listening she didn’t even hear the question. “Earth to Piper.” Dan said punching her playfully.

         “Oh sorry. Yeah umm Leo.” Piper answered.

“Piper I don’t think he would want to come. Besides I don’t know if I want him there.”

“Dannnnn………..”

“Well do u really think he is gonna want to be there?”

“I already asked he said he would come.”

“Great.” Dan added in a sarcastic tone. Then he thought this would be another chance to rub it in his face.

“Hun your right to invite him what was I thinking?” Piper found this weird Dan had never said something like that. Maybe he was finally trusting her. Maybe this wedding wasn’t such a bad idea after all.

After an hour they finished the invitations. A few weeks went by and the day of the wedding came nearer and nearer. Piper was very nervous by the day of the

wedding.

“Oh my god, oh my god. Guys I don’t think I can do this.” Piper said pacing back and froth in her beautiful dress. Her hair was up in a bun with flowers circling it. Two pieces of her hair fell in the front. She looked very gorgeous.

“Calm down calm down. Its natural to feel this way  before your wedding.” Prue tried to relax here sister.

 “Get Leo in here now.” Piper said she needed to have him clam her down. He was the only one in the world whose voice could make her clam.

“I’ll go get him.” Phoebe volunteered walking out of the room they were in.

Phoebe searched the rows of people, but Leo was nowhere in site. “Oh this is gonna

clam her down.” Phoebe commented in a sarcastic tone. She looked one more time around then headed back to her sisters.

Leo was on his way to the wedding. He had gotten up late and was very late for the big event. So he was driving at an unusual high speed. Leo was determined not to miss this he promised Piper.

“You know Leo you shouldn’t drive so fast.” A women appeared in the passenger seat. She smiled wickedly.

Leo jumped startled and looked to his side. He looked in astonishment.

“You can’t be here I vanquished you years ago.”

“You should watch were your going.” The women said pointing to the road.

Leo turned to it an noticed there was no road in front of him. Suddenly the car

hit a tree head on. Leo was thrown through the windshield forgetting to put his seat belt on when he got in.

“Playbacks a bitch isn’t it.” The women laughed looking at the almost lifeless body.

“Piper I’m sorry, but he wasn’t out there.” Phoebe said to her older sister. Piper looked around the room  as if he would appear.

“He has to be.” Piper told her sisters.

“Maybe it was to much for him.” Prue said trying to get Piper to relax.

“No he promised. Something must have happen. Where are my car keys?” Piper said quickly.

“In your purse but hun the wedding is going to start.” Prue answered.

“I don’t care.” Piper yelled grabbing her purse and running out the door.

“Dan isn’t gonna be to happy.” Phoebe replied looking at where Piper had stood.

“Come on lets try and stole.” Prue said leading the way to the crowd.

Piper drove fast down the road her sisters and her had come down before. She had a very bad feeling. Piper knew something was wrong, Leo had promised. Suddenly Piper spotted Leo’s car. It was head on rammed into a tree.

“Oh my god Leo!” Piper yelled running out of the car to Leo’s.

A strange woman was standing over Leo’s body. A faith glow was coming from Leo into the women’s body.

“Get away from him.” Piper yelled running towards her.

She tried to freeze the women, but it wouldn’t work.

“Fool your powers don’t work on me hahahaha.” The women laughed “Mark my words little girl I’ll be back to finish the job.” Then the women vanished.

Piper didn’t think about the women again she just rushed over to Leo. He was in bad shape. His head had gone through the windshield and blood was gushing out.

Blood was everywhere Leo had a ton of wounds all over his body. Piper held his almost lifeless body in her arms and started to weep.

“Leo please don’t leave me. I love you. I know now I want you not Dan.” Piper cried.

Then she remembered her cell phone. She quickly got it out of her purse and dialed 911. They told her that they would be there as soon as possible. Piper just sat there with Leo in her arms crying uncontrollable.

After what seemed like days the ambulance arrived. They carried Leo inside and Piper sat next to him holding his hand. Soon they were at the hospital. The doctors took Leo to the ER and Piper was left alone in the waiting room. All she could do was sit there and cry. After an hour of crying She got herself under control. Deciding her sisters must be worried about her Piper dialed the churches number on her cell.

“Hello may I speak to Prue or Phoebe Halliwell?” Piper said to whoever picked up the phone.

After a minutes pause Phoebe picked up.

“Piper where in the hell have you been we have been worried sick?” Phoebe exclaimed clearly very worried. Piper felt tears well up in her eyes.

“Phoebe get to the hospital quickly. Bring Prue.”

“Why what happen? Piper did you get hurt?” Phoebe asked even more worried than before.

“Just come quickly I need you guys.” Piper then hung up and stared at the wall blankly.

Her heart felt like someone had ripped in out and torn it into a thousands pieces.  How could she have been so stupid she asked herself? In her heart she knew she loved Leo all along. Why couldn’t she have realized it sooner?

“Baby I was so wrong

I promise you now my love is true

This is where my heart belongs

Cos here I am so alone”

 “Prue Prue where are you?” Phoebe yelled over the angry crowd. Prue appeared besides her sister.

“What’s wrong Pheebs?” Prue asked worried that Piper was hurt.

“Piper just called she wants us to go to the hospital right away.” Phoebe cried out.

“Is she hurt?” Prue asked even more worried.

“She wouldn’t say all she told me was that she needed us.” Phoebe answered her oldest sister.

“Well let’s go.” Prue said running towards the exit.

There they bumped into Dan.

“Where the hell is Piper?” Dan yelled looking at the two distressed Halliwells.

“At the hospital.” Phoebe said running past him.

Prue followed her younger sister. Dan was confused but he also followed the crazed youngest sister. After an hour of driving through traffic they reached the hospital. Prue had filled Dan in on what they knew. They all rushed in the hospital.

“Where can we find Piper Halliwell?” Phoebe asked the nurse.

She checked her computer, but came up with nothing.

“Sorry miss she hasn’t been admitted.” The girl answered. “Wait did you say Piper?” The girl asked as the three worried people where about to walk away.

“Yes yes Piper Halliwell.” Prue yelled.

“I think a Piper came in with a young man. If this is who you are talking about she would be in the waiting room of the ER.”

Prue and Phoebe both breathed a sigh of relief when they heard that there sister wasn’t hurt. Then Phoebe got another worried look on her face.

“Leo.” She whispered to Prue.

“Oh god.” Both the girls ran to the waiting room.

Leaving Dan behind even more confused. They saw their sister sitting on a chair looking blankly at the wall. Her once beautiful hair had all fallen down. The

flowers that had made it even more beautiful had all withered away. Her gorgeous blue dress was torn and all Pipers makeup had been wiped away by tears.

“Oh Piper.” Prue said walking over to her.

Piper looked up and gave a halfhearted smile at the sight of her sisters.

“I’m glad you guys are here.” She whispered getting up and hugging the two girls. Tears again fell upon here cheeks and she cried into them. After a few minutes of standing in that hug Dan appeared in the doorway. He didn’t say anything not wanting to interrupt the moment. Soon Piper broke off the hug and sat back down. The two girls followed her.

“What happen hun?” Prue asked pushing some of her hair out of her face.

“I found his car and a weird women was there. I don’t know what she was doing, but it wasn’t anything good. She disappeared and I ran to Leo. He had hit a tree  head on.” Piper whispered so that Dan couldn’t hear the magical parts.

“Great this is just great. He had this one planned out. Very convient.” Dan stated looking at the three girls.

“What are you talking about?” Piper asked anger started to boil inside of her. She didn’t like the way this was heading.

“He planned all of this. Can’t you see? He knew if he got hurt then you would go running back to him.” Dan said in an annoyed tone.

“I can’t believe you would say such a thing. You know what Dan this relationship was a total mistake. I don’t need this shit right now. I don’t want to marry you and in fact I don’t wanna ever see you again.” Piper yelled throwing the ring to the ground in front of Dan.

“So your gonna let Leo win his little game?” Dan asked looking at Piper.

“GET OUT!!!!!!!” She yelled. Dan was startled by her outbreak and decided to leave. “I was so stupid.”

Piper whispered sitting back on the chair in between her sisters.

“No Piper don’t say that.” Phoebe said hugging her.

“This is all my fault if I had realized that Dan was such a jerk Leo wouldn’t be hurt, and if I had been more careful he wouldn’t be mortal and and and he wouldn’t be able to get hurt.” Piper choked on the last part.

“Piper sweetie if it had happen all over again Leo would have made the same decisions. He would have saved you again.” Prue went on.

“But if I had been more careful he wouldn’t have to.”

“Come on stop that. Its not gonna help Leo now.” Phoebe said.

“Your right. What if he dies? God I would never forgive myself. He can’t die we have so much to do together. I have so much to tell him.” 

“Piper non of this is your fault.” Phoebe insisted.

Suddenly a doctor came out from the ER. He headed over to the three women.

“Is he okay?” Piper asked quickly getting out of her seat.

“Are you family?” The doctor asked inspecting the sisters.

“Yes!” Piper yelled not liking how he avoided the question.

“First of all Miss you are going to have to calm down.” The doctor said.

“Calm down, calm down, you want me to calm down when the person I love could be dead! Now is he ok?” Piper yelled even more distressed than before.

“Piper he’s right calm down.” Prue told her little sister. Piper gave her a look that might have killed Prue if looks could kill.

“Well there was internal damage, he broke four ribs, lost a lot of blood, and hit his head really hard. I’m not gonna lie it doesn’t look that good. We have him stable for now, but we don’t know if he is going make it. If he does make it through this he could slip into a coma. Then if he wakes up he could have brain damage or amnesia. I’m sorry.”

After hearing this Piper was shocked. She couldn’t say anything she full back into

her chair. Feeling her heart being ripped into even more pieces she put her head in her hands and started to cry. Prue held her close, but nothing could make Piper feel any better. After talking to Phoebe a little more the doctor left to go check on things.

“Piper hun the doctor said you could see him if you want. Just one of us a time though. You should go in there Leo needs you.” Phoebe knelt down and whispered this to Piper. After a few minutes Piper got up and headed to the room they had taken Leo.

“Oh god Prue I can’t believe this is happening.” Phoebe exclaimed sitting down.

“I know I know.” Prue answered.

“He is gonna make it through this right?” Phoebe asked hoping for some reassurance from her sister.

Prue didn’t know what to say. She wanted to tell both the younger girls that everything would be fine. Deep down inside Prue didn’t know anything and she was just

as scared as them.

Piper stood in the doorway to Leo’s room. She was afraid to go close to him fearing that he was dead. Finally she walked over to his bed. Piper wined at the sight of the man she loved. She sat down in a chair next to the bed and took Leo’s hand. It felt calmly like he had a fever. Piper then gentle touched his face. It was also calmly, more tears pored out of her eyes as she started at Leo.

“God Leo don’t die please I need you.” Piper put her head on his lap and cried.

After an hour Piper hadn’t come out of the room Leo was in.

“Screw what the doctors say I’m gonna go see him.”

Phoebe announced walking over to the room. Prue just sighed not having the strength to fight with her youngest sister. Phoebe walked into the room. She saw Leo laying peacefully on the bed with Piper’s head on his lap. She appeared to have cried herself to sleep. The sight made Tears come out of Phoebe’s eyes.

“Oh god Piper doesn’t deserve this.” Phoebe cried.

Piper heard Phoebe’s sobs and picked her head up.

“Piper I’m sorry I didn’t mean to wake you.”

“Its ok I wasn’t really sleeping.” Piper answered looking Leo over to make sure nothing had happen.

Phoebe quickly wiped away her tears not wanting to  upset Piper even more. Suddenly the door opened and the doctor appeared.

“I thought I said one at a time.” He said looking at the two sisters.

“Whatever.” Phoebe muttered.

“Anyways you three should go home and get some rest. Its past hours any ways.”

“I’m not leaving Leo.” Piper said sternly. I don’t care if I have to freeze this whole dam hospital I’m not leaving him, Piper though.

“Fine.” The doctor answered not wanting to get in a  fight. He knew this was a rough time it didn’t look good for this young man. “

I’m going to check on him.” The doctor replied Piper moved over to Phoebe.

She watched the doctor being very protective of Leo. Just in case he was a crazed demon. After a few minutes the doctor went back to her seat. Phoebe decided to go

back out. Prue saw her sister walking towards her. She was hoping that Leo had some how waken up.

“Any change?” She asked as Phoebe sat down.

“No. You should go see him,” Phoebe told her.

“You going to be okay out here alone?”

“I’m a big girl I can deal.” Phoebe answered as Prue got up.

Prue gave her sister a hug then went to Leo and Piper. She saw the same scene that Phoebe had seen. Only Prue didn’t go in Piper needed as much sleep as she can get so Prue left. She sat next to Phoebe who had fallen asleep. Prue decided to try and

get some rest to.

The next morning the doctor awakened Prue. Phoebe was still asleep next to her.

“I figured since you are the oldest you should know first.” The doctor told a sleepy Prue.

As soon as she heard this she jumped up.

“Oh god don’t tell me he’s gone.” Prue said tears threatening to drop.

“No he made it through the night okay, which is the good news.” The doctor said.

“What’s the bad news then?” Prue asked in a fearful tone.

“He slipped into a coma.” The doctor answered.

Prue sat down comprehending what the doctor had just old her.

“God for how long?” She asked stunned.

“We don’t know it could be hours, days, weeks, years, never.” The doctor said the last part softly, but Prue heard it load and clear. “I have to get back to work, I am deeply sorry.” The doctor then left Prue to think.

As soon as the doctor left Phoebe awoke. She saw some tears in her sister’s eyes and feared the worst.

“Oh my god Prue he’s dead.” Phoebe cried hugging Prue.

Prue was startled not knowing Phoebe had got up yet.

“No no he slipped into a coma.” Prue told her sister hugging her back.

“Oh no does Piper know?”

“I don’t think so. I better go tell her.” Prue got up and headed for Leo’s room.

Phoebe followed close behind her sister. Piper was still asleep on Leo. She

was holding his hand tightly. Prue didn’t want to wake her up, but she knew Piper would be mad if she didn’t Gently she poked Piper.

“Honey get up.” She whispered. Piper opened her eyes and gave Prue a confused looked. She then stared around the room tears forming in her eyes.

“I had hoped it was just a bad nightmare.” Piper muttered looking at her sisters.

“Piper hun……” Prue didn’t know how to continue. This news would kill her.

“What is it?” Piper asked not liking the way Prue had stopped mid sentence.

The only times she did that was when something bad was happening.

“Well the doctor told me that…….. that Leo umm slipped into a coma last night.” Prue told her younger sister.

“No.” That’s all Piper could say. She took her attention back to Leo and traced the outline of his face. All she could do was stare at him and cry. That’s all any of the sisters could do.

All Leo could see was darkness. He could feel people around him, but he didn’t know who they where. He tried to move but his body was paralyzed. All he could do was lay in darkness and listen to the voices around him. Immediately he recognized Piper’s voice. She was crying and so where the other to people with her. He knew they must be her sisters. He couldn’t make out what the other two women where saying. Leo could only hear Piper’s beautiful voice even when it was sobbing.

“Oh god Leo wake up soon. I don’t wanna live in this world without you. You have to wake up there is so much I wanna tell you. Don’t leave me Leo.”

He tried to tell Piper he was there and would never leave her. Leo’s voice wouldn’t work tears started to form in his eyes. He wanted to tell Piper everything would be

okay, but he couldn’t. Why where they doing this to him? Why?

It had been weeks since Leo had slipped into a coma. Nothing had changed. Piper wouldn’t leave his side in fear he might leave her. All she did was sit next to

him and pray for Leo to wake up. Prue and Phoebe came by everyday. They had to keep leaving there lived or they would lose the house and everything else. Piper

didn’t mind she didn’t want them to witness her so weak all the time. They tired to get Piper out of the hospital with the help of the doctors, but she would just freeze them. So Prue and Phoebe stopped bothering her about getting out of there.

One night when Piper sat next to Leo and prayed she noticed the date. It was the date of the day her and Leo had their firs kiss. This made Piper cry remember how happy she was back then. She took a hold of Leo’s hand and cried.

“Remember that day. We where so happy. You are the best kisser in the world. I can’t imagine never being kissed like that again.” Piper then laid her head on his lap and fell fast asleep.

“And there’s nothing in this world I can do

And I wonder, Are you thinking of me

Cos I’m thinking of you

And I wonder, Are you ever coming back in my life?”

Leo had heard Piper’s every word. He was determined to break through this darkness. With all his strength he tried to move his arm. At first it didn’t work, but Leo wouldn’t give up. After a long time Leo finally was able to move his arm. Suddenly the darkness melted away. His eyes opened and he noticed he was in a white room. He felt pressure on his waist and saw Piper’s head there. He smiled and put his hand on her hair. He

stroked in gently not wanting to wake her up. He sat there stroking her hair for almost two hours tell she finally stirred. Piper felt someone’s hand on her. Forgetting where she was she quickly got up almost falling on the floor. Leo was startled as Piper jumped up. After a moment of confusion she looked toward Leo. Her eyes filled with

joy when she saw his beautiful green eyes. She quickly tackled him into a hug. He whined in pain as he chest started to throb.

“Oh god I forgot ribs broken.” Piper said with tears in her eyes.

“Its ok.” Leo wrapped his arms around Piper who couldn’t do anything but cry.

“Oh god Leo I missed you so much. I love you I love you I love you.” Piper cried as Leo stroked her hair.

“I love you two.” Leo whispered.

“I’m never going to let something like this happen again. I was such a fool to almost marry Dan.”

“What happen to Dan anyways?” Leo asked.

“I dumped him, but I don’t want to talk about Dan right now. All I want to do is hold you. Oh god I hope I’m not dreaming and if I am don’t wake me up.” Leo laughed at her comment and pinched her to show her she wasn’t dreaming.

After Piper went and told the doctors about Leo they sat and talked for hours.

Phoebe was in the parking lot of the hospital parking  the car. She had decided to let Prue rest and make sure Piper was okay. After parking the car she quickly walked into the hospital. She ignored all the nurses that where so rude sometimes and went straight to Leo’s room. Phoebe opened the door and almost dropped her purse seeing the sight. Leo was awake talking to Piper. Phoebe was in a state of shock looking over to the two lovebirds.

“Hi Pheebs.” Piper exclaimed happily seeing her sister at the door.

Phoebe ran up to Leo and gave him a big hug. He again whined as pain as his condition caught up to him. Phoebe realized she was causing him pain and let him go.

“Sorry Leo I’m just happy you are okay.”

“Its okay.”

“I can’t believe you’re awake.”

“Me neither.” Commented Piper looking lovely at Leo.

“Why didn’t you call us?” Phoebe asked Piper.

“Oh I’m sorry I was just so happy I lost track of everything.”

“Its okay. Well I’m gonna tell Prue the great news.” Phoebe exclaimed pulling out her cell phone.

“No just tell her to get down here quick. I want her to see for herself.” Piper giggled.

“Ok.” Phoebe dialed their house and let it ring for a few seconds. Soon Prue picked up.

“Hello.” She greeted in a tried voice.

“Hi Prue get down to the hospital right away.” Phoebe said.

“Why? Oh god he isn’t dead is he?” Prue asked worried.

“Just come.” Phoebe then hung up and looked at Piper.

“Is she coming?” Piper asked.

“Yeah.”

Prue drove at a fast speed to the hospital fearing the worst. She didn’t even bother to

park the car she left it to the side of the walkway and ran in. She burst into Leo’s room afraid of what might be there. Prue saw a sight that she hadn’t thought she would see in a million years. Leo was alive and the other two girls where crowded around him. Prue sighed in relief and went over to them.

"God you guys had me scared as hell. Glad to have you back." Prue exclaimed.

"Oh its good to be back." Leo told the oldest sister.

"Hey did you guys vanquish the demon that did this?" Leo asked looking at the three girls.

"Of I total forgot about her." Piper said.

"Good I don’t want you going after her alone. Its two dangerous." Leo answered.

"But Leo we are going to have to some time, especial if she hurts anyone else." Piper said stroking Leo’s hair.

“Why was she after you anyways?" Phoebe asked.

"I killed her years ago. She is the demon revenge. Somehow she got unvaguished and now is seeking revenge."

"So now that you’re not dead she’ll be coming after you again." Prue said concerned.

“I don’t know."

"Well if she does come I’m gonna kick her ass for doing this." Piper announced.

“Piper she is extremely powerful. I almost died both times I went up against her."

"Don’t worry about it Leo. We will figure something out." Prue told him trying to get him to stop worrying. 

The four of them sat and talked for a while. Mostly  about how much Leo was missed by all three of the sisters. Finally it got really late Phoebe and Prue decided to head home. Leaving their middle sister to have more catch up time with her ex-whitelighter.

“So how long do I have to stay in here? Have I ever told you I hate hospitals?” Leo said.

“Well you are going to stay here until the doctor is sure you are okay and that you can go.” Piper answered.

“Yes mother.” Leo joked.

“If you hate hospitals so much why did yeah wanna be a doctor?”

“I don’t hate the hospital itself I just hate being a patient in a hospital.”

“Oh.” Piper and Leo talked more until they both become very tired and fell asleep.

Meanwhile back at the manor Prue had fallen asleep on the couch and Phoebe was in the attic. She wanted to find out more about this demon before she could hurt Leo again. Searching through the pages she came up with very little. She spent a good few hours on it until she came up with something. The page read The Revenge Demon, She is very powerful demon. She can has many powers which our unknown to us. She is most easily defeated by a whitelighter saying this spell. If one is not present a witch saying the following spell might also defeat her. Phoebe read over the spell and wrote it down. Being tired from looking at the book all night she made her way to bed and fell asleep.

The next day the doctor ran some test on Leo to make sure nothing was wrong. Leo insisted he was fine but Piper made him go through every one of them. After all

the tests the doctor talked to Piper outside of Leo’s room.

“Well everything seems to be alright with him.” The doctor said.

“Thank god.” Piper replied sighing.

“He seems to be anxious to get home. I guess you can bring him home if you watch him very closely. I don’t want him over doing things and he seems like the type

that thinks he is invincible.”

“Yeah I know.” He used to be Piper thought.

“Just sign these release forms and u guys can be on your way. Oh yeah and I want to see Leo in a few weeks to make sure that everything is fine.”

“Ok thank you doctor.” Piper then walked back into Leo’s room.

“Hey there the doctor says you can go.” Piper said.

“Its about time.” Leo exclaimed getting off the bed. He whined a little at the pain of his ribs.

“That is if you take it easy. No jumping up like that.” Piper replied with a disapproval look on her face.

“Alright alright can we just go?”

“Ok but I’m driving.”

“That’s fine with me.”

After a half hour ride home Piper and Leo where in the living room relaxing. Suddenly Phoebe ran down the stairs holding the book of shadows.

“What’s up Pheebs?” Piper asked noticing the book.

“I found the demon in here and I know how to destroy her.” Phoebe said sitting down on the chair.

Leo gave a disapproval look at the mention of going up against this thing.

“How do we destroy it?” Piper went on ignoring the fact that Leo wasn’t approving of this.

“We just say this spell when she is at least five feet near then pouf she’s gone.” Phoebe explained.

“Sounds easy.” Piper commented.

“It’s not going to be that easy. She is very powerful you don’t know how many witches and white lighters she has killed.”

“I know hun but this is our job. We have to do this.” Piper answered giving him a kiss on the cheek. “Go get Prue.” Piper said to Phoebe.

As Piper said this Phoebe left to get Prue in her room.

“Then I’m going with you.” Leo insisted.

“No! She wants you. I almost lost you I’m not taking that chance again. Not when your mortal like this.” Piper replied.

“Piper I don’t want to lose you.” They hugged.

“I know and you won’t.” Piper pulled away then brought her hands up.

She froze the room knowing that that would be the only way to keep him away.

“Sorry I’ll be back soon.” Piper got up and kissed Leo on the forehead.

Phoebe and Prue were waiting for here at the door.

“You do know he isn’t going to like what you just did.” Prue said staring back at him.

“I know but I’ll deal with that later we have a demon to kill right now.”

“How do we even know where she is?” Prue asked.

“Oh it said where her dwelling was in the book.” Phoebe exclaimed opening the door and leading the way to the car.

“So I guess that means Phoebes driving.” Piper said holding out her keys.

Phoebe went to take them but when she grabbed them Piper wouldn’t let go.

“Thank you Piper.” Phoebe said sarcastically pulling the keys from her hands.

Both Prue and Piper groaned as there younger sister got in the drivers seat.

“This is sure to be a bumpy ride.” Prue commented.

“Put your seat belt on.” Piper whispered to Prue.

Just as Piper said this Phoebe started up the car and they where off.

A few mintues later Leo unfroze. He looked around the room confused and realized what Piper had done.

“Dam, they never listen to me about these things.”

Leo went outside to see if they where there but they had already left.

“Great. I don’t have a way of transportation and I don’t know where they went. This

is when it sucks to be mortal,” He muttered. Leo ran upstairs to see if he could find something in the book of shadows.

Meanwhile the girls had arrived at their destination. It was a very big cave in the middle of nowhere.

“Are you sure this is it?” Prue asked Phoebe.

“Yes I am sure. Now lets go.”

“Do we have a plan?” Piper asked no one in particular.

“Umm Prue’s throws her you freeze her we say chant.” Phoebe explained.

“Sounds like something we always do.” Piper said not sure the plan would work.

Leo was really worried about them going after this thing. Maybe freezing him like

that wasn’t a good idea, but it was the only way to keep him safe.

“Well I guess we go in.” Prue said taking the first step.

The two younger sisters followed very close to Prue. As they entered it go darker and darker. The sisters could barley see their hand. Suddenly they came to a big opening in the cave women in purple sat in a thrown waiting for them.

“I knew you would come.” She said not bothering to look up.

“Then I guess you know where gonna kill you.” Prue said using her power to throw the demon. To everyone’s surprise but the women’s it didn’t work.

“Ha you should have done more research children. I have many talents besides revenge. One of them being unaffected by your magic. You three don’t need to be

here. I’m not after you just give me the white lighter and I’ll leave you alone.” The revenge demon laughed.

“Well maybe I’m here for revenge!” Piper yelled.

All three the girls pull out sheets of paper and started saying the spell Phoebe had copied down. The demon only laughed harder.

“Fools your book is a little behind. Only a whitelighter can vanquish me now.” As she said this she threw energy balls at the witches. They scattered so they wouldn’t get hit.

“What do we do now?” Phoebe yelled to Prue and Piper who where on the other side of the cave.

“You die.’ The women answered. She threw a lighten bolt hitting Phoebe directly. She fell back to the ground and darkness took over her.

“Phoebe!!!” Prue yelled running over to her.

“Is she all right?” Piper yelled from behind a

boulder. She quickly joined her sister after dodging a fire bolt.

“Oh god Piper she’s dead.” Prue said finding no pulse.

Tears fell down Prue’s cheeks.

“No.” Piper cried. Another bolt was heading for the sisters. This one was ice though. Prue saw it before Piper did and she pushed Piper out of the way. The bolt hit Prue and she also fell to the ground. Piper ran over to her with tears streaming down her face.

“Piper don’t let her kill you.” Prue whispered as she took her last breath.

“Prue no!!!!!!” Piper cried out as her sister died.

Leo was back at the manor looking through the book frantically. He had to find something to help out the charmed ones. Becoming very frustrated he threw the

book across the room. He started yelling to the heavens above.

“GIVE ME BACK MY POWERS! I NEED THEM, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO PROTECT THE CHARMED ONES WITHOUT THEM! PLEASE LET ME HELP THEM. DON’T LET THIS THING KILL THEM!”

After getting no reply tears started to fall down Leo’s cheeks. “Don’t let Piper and her sisters die. I love them to much.” Leo whispered.

Suddenly he began to glow a bright gold. After a few seconds it stopped and Leo knew he had his powers back. He quickly orb to the cave where the charmed ones where.

Leo orb in just as Revenge through a ball of fire at Piper. He quickly pushed her out of the way avoiding the hit of the bolt. Piper was astounded that Leo had saved her. He put Piper down and looked around and saw that Prue and Phoebe where laying on the ground motionless. He knew they were not alive and he felt responsible.

“Well well well here to join the party.” Revenge laughed throwing an Ice bolt at Leo. He easily dodged it and grabbed Phoebe’s sheet of paper with the spell. He started to chant the spell. Revenges Smile changed into a frown as she heard the words coming from him.

“What are you doing you’ll kill yourself?” Leo ignored her and continued on.

Piper had heard Revenge and become even more frighten what did she mean kill

yourself? “Stop this now!” Revenge yelled as smoke surrounded her. She was engulfed by a number of different elements that she had used against them. After a few minutes there was nothing left of her but a pile of dust Suddenly Leo fell to the ground. Piper saw this and ran over to him in fear.

“Oh god Leo are you ok?” She asked pulling him into her lap. He wasn’t dead yet but he was having trouble breathing.

“What did that spell do?” Piper asked hugging Leo.

“It’s a powerful spell………… and it can kill someone……… who uses it. Especial if you don’t…………….. have enough power…………to use it.”

“Leo you can’t leave me…… first Phoebe then then Prue. You can’t go I love you to much.”

“I’m sorry Piper. I love you to.” Piper sobbed hard as Leo took his last breaths. She held him tight not wanting to believe what was happening.

“Cos here I am so alone

And there’s nothing in this world I can do”

Piper stared at the sharp piece of glass on the ground next to her. There was nothing for Piper on earth any more. Prue and Phoebe where gone and so was Leo. How could she live in a world so alone? Piper wouldn’t she just wouldn’t she would ether kill

herself or make “Them” give her back her loved ones.

Piper got up with the glass in her hands.

“GIVE THEM BACK TO ME OR I’LL KILL MYSELF!!! THEN YOU’LL HAVE NONE OF THE CHARMED WITCHES TO DO YOUR DIRTY WORK. GIVE THEM BACK I AM NOT GOING TO LIVE IN THIS WORLD WITHOUT THEM!” Tears streamed from Piper’s eyes as she yelled at the heavens.

How could they be so cruel as to take all three of her only family?

Suddenly blue light formed in front of her. After a few seconds the light formed into a young women. She looked to be around Piper’s age but being a whitelighter who knows how old she is. Her hair was a blondish brown that went to her shoulders and her eyes were a beautiful green.

“I am going to try and help you.” The girl whispered. Piper thought she looked like she had seen her from somewhere but couldn’t put her finger on it.

“Ar are you going…….. to bring them……. back?” Piper asked choking on the words.

“No only you and “They” can do that. I am not suppose to interfere but I can’t watch while you suffer. I don’t care if I lose all my powers and sent to hell.”

“Tha thank you.” Piper wiped away her tears.

The whitelighter went over to the dead bodies of Pipers loved ones. She started sprinkling some blue dust on them.

“What are you doing?” Piper asked running over to her sisters and Leo. She didn’t know if she could really trust her with them.

“I have to put this stuff on them. They will need bodies to come back in.” Piper still didn’t know if she should trust her but what choice did she have. Suddenly all three bodies disappeared.

“Don’t worry they will be safe. Now lets orb back to the manor.”

Piper took the hand of the girl and they orbed.

A few seconds later Piper was standing in the attic with the angel.

“Who are you? Did you know Leo?” Piper asked wanting to know more about who was helping her.

“My name is Julie. Yes I know Leo very well. He is my brother, I died shortly after he did.” Julie answered.

“Sister Leo never mentioned anything.”

“Your suppose to forget your past life when you become a white lighter. I’m not suppose to go near Leo that much. He really is an angel though. When I was

alive he helped me get over the loss of him. Then when I died he helped me face it.” Piper smiled at this Leo always put others before himself.

“Now enough about my life. We have to fix yours. The only way to fix this

is to go to the land of the dead. There you must find the souls of your loved ones. The dead will try to stop you or try and get you to bring them back. Remember this you can only bring three people back and you have three days to get them all. If you stay in the world of the dead longer then that then you will die.”

“How do I get there?” As Piper asked Julie moved over to the book of Shadows. She put her hands up and the pages started to move by themselves. There was a fate

glow from Julie’s hands. Suddenly the pages stopped on a page that read Traveling Death.

“You chant this spell. It will take you to the dead. You might forget your mission when you get there. You have to stay focus. The land of the dead won’t all be gloomy sometimes it might be a place from your past and you forget what you have to do. That is how lost of people die there. I won’t be able to help you once you reach the Dead lands. Be careful and bring back my brother. Good luck.” After Julie said this she orbed out.

“WAIT!” Piper yelled but it was to late.

Piper stood staring at the words on the page for a few minutes not knowing what to think.

“Well I have  nothing to lose.” Piper muttered.

She read over the page in the book in her head. Piper noticed a little note at the end of the page. It read:

“The dead can and will turn into your loved ones. You must look deep inside their souls and make sure you bring the right ones back. You only have one chance to get your family members. Also the land of the dead is a place where dead spirits wait to decide where they are going. There are three places a soul might be banished to. Ether heaven, hell, or to walk around the dead lands for all eternity. It takes three days for

“Them” to decide where you go.”

“Great this will be fun.” Piper quickly chanted the words on the page and she disappeared from the attic. Piper felt the warm sun pounding on her face. Her

eyes fluttered opened staring at the ceiling.

“It was all just a dream.” She said excitement rising in her voice.

Piper quickly got out of bed and looked in the mirror.

“It was just a dream. Just a very very bad dream!” Piper exclaimed running downstairs.

Running into the kitchen Piper smacked right into someone. They both fell to the ground. Piper looked at the person she had rammed into. She gasped seeing the

young women.

“Hun please don’t run in the kitchen.”

“Mo mom.” Piper stuttered looking at the women in confusion.

“Yes silly what’s wrong with you?” Patty asked. Piper leaped off the ground and pulled her mother in for a big hug.

“I missed you sooo much.”

“Hun you where asleep only for a few hours.” Patty replied picking herself off the ground. She extended a hand-helping Piper up.

“I had this weird dream. That you where dead and and I can’t remember the rest.” Piper answered alarmed.

“Well dreams are funny like that one sec they are vivid the next you can’t remember a thing.”

“Yes but there was something I was suppose to do. Something…… oh I don’t remember.”

“Lets go get some milk and cookies that should make you feel better.” Piper followed her mother into the kitchen.

“Feeling better?” An older women said from the kitchen table.

“Grams!” Piper exclaimed hugging her grandmother.

“Of course what’s wrong with you?”

“Nothing just a very weird dream.” Patty went to the counter and grabbed a plate filled o for herself and her daughter.

“Here you go.” She then went to the refrigerator and grabbed the milk pouring two cups. “So what are your plans tonight darling?” Patty asked Piper.

“I’m not sure. Hey when are Prue and Phoebe coming home?” Piper asked looking around for her two sisters.

“Prue….. and Phoebe?” Grams asked clueless to what Piper was talking about.

“Are they new friends of yours?” Her mother asked.

“No no what are you talking about they are my sisters.” Piper blurted out starting to get scared.

“Piper you’re my only child.”

“No no I’m not I have two sisters! I know I do I know I do.”

“Piper stop it come here.” Patty pulled Piper close and they tightened together hugging.

Piper noticed something different about the hug. Although she wasn’t that old when her mother died she remembered how her hugs where always filled with love. This one was distant nothing there at all. Piper pulled away quickly to stare into her mother’s eyes.

“Now is everything ok?” Suddenly a flicker of someone else’s face glowed in Patty’s eyes.

Piper pulled even father away hearing her own voice ring through her ears.           

“The dead can and will turn into your loved ones.

You must look deep inside their souls and make sure

you bring the right ones back. You only have one

chance to get your family members.”

Piper felt tears sting her eyes as she realized the truth.

“Your not my mother and your not grams!” Suddenly the whole scene fell apart and Piper was standing alone in a gloomy world. She saw ghostly looking people walking

around having no place to go.

“How am I suppose to find anyone with so many people.” Piper wondered out load.

“Piper?” Someone asked from behind her.

Piper turned around to face a pale blonde girl who couldn’t be older than 16.

“Oh my god Jenn.”

“It is you. I am so sorry you are two young to go.”

“No I didn’t die. Talk about young you where only 16 when we got in that car crash. Why are you still here shouldn’t you have been sent up already?”

“I am where I was deiced to be put.”

“No you shouldn’t be here. Its not fair.”

“Death isn’t fair.”

“How did you die Piper?”

“I didn’t I am here to save some friends.”

“In the denial stage you’ll get through it I promise. I will help if yeah want?”

“Have you seen my sisters or Leo?”

“Leo?”

“Tall blondish brown hair green eyes.”

“There are so many people here I don’t know. But I think I see Prue.”

“Where?”

“I think I saw her heading for the garden of Illusions.”

“The what?”

“The dead lands are divided into several sections. The garden of Illinoisans being one. There dead souls can spend time with already passing souls. They are just illusions but the Prue won’t know that.”

“Can you show me the way?”

“Follow me.”

“Wait how does time pass here the same as earth?”

“No we can’t tell how time passes. There is no day or night.”

“Then I better set my alarm to go off in three days.”

Piper set her watch as she followed Jenn. It took a while to get to the garden but they finally made it.

“I’m not going in there I’ll wait here. When you get in say the name of the persons illusion you want to go to.”

“Ok.”

Piper walked through a high gate and headed forward. She couldn’t see why the garden had gotten its name from there where no flowers in sight.

“I want to go to Prue Halliwell’s illusion.” Piper yelled out.

Suddenly she was in a park. Birds where chirping and frogs croaking over near the pond. The air was so fresh fresher than it could ever be on earth. The trees a beautiful green that filled them with life. Piper walked on feeling the heat of the sun once again

pounding down on her.

“Hmmm I wouldn’t mind spending time here with Leo.” Piper muttered searching the

trees and flowers for any trace of Prue.

Suddenly she spotted her sitting on a swinging chair. Heavily making out with someone. Piper quickly walked up to the two lovebirds.

“Prue?” She asked breaking the moment.

The two tour apart and Piper could see that the man was Andy. Not that she didn’t already know that.

“Piper what on earth are you doing here? Go away!” Prue yelled getting up from the swing.

“Prue your dead and this is all an illusion you must come with me. We have to save Phoebe and Leo. Then go home.” Piper explained.

“Piper you have lost your mind do I look dead to you?”

“All this is an illusion tell her Andy. You know you don’t want Prue to die.”

“Your sister is lying she has been possessed.”

“Nooo! Prue you have to listen to me. Remember Andy died he died while trying to save us. The demon he killed Andy. Prue deep down you know its true. You just don’t want to except it.” Piper cried.

Tears came to Prue as she remembered Andy dieing. The whole grieving process came back to her. She fell to her knees and the park, Andy, everything disappeared. Piper fell to her knees and hugged her sister.

“Your right he is dead.” Prue whispered crying into Piper. “Prue it’s going to be ok. We have to go save Pheebs and Leo.”

Piper pulled away from Prue looking deep in her eyes. Prue’s face flickered in her eyes for just a second and Piper was sure she had the right Prue. The two sisters walked out of the garden to find Jenn standing there.

“Hey Prue.” Jenn greeted as she saw them come over to here.

“Jenn oh my god I haven’t see you in years.” Prue exclaimed giving Jenn a hug.

“Guess I have been dead along time.” Jenn muttered.

“We have to find Leo and Phoebe. Where in the world do you think they could be?” Piper asked looking through the area.

It was huge and would take more then three days to search. Piper looked at her watch seeing that she no longer had three days. She had been searching for Prue a whole day already.

“We have to hurry. We only have two days left.” Piper announced to Prue.

Prue just nodded and they headed out into the crowd.

“Prue have you seen Leo or Phoebe anywhere.”

“No when I first came I found Andy and he took me to that park. All that time I was there I could have been helping you find them. I can’t believe I let that thing trick me like that.” Prue said as a tear escaped her eye. She quickly whipped it away.

“Its ok Prue you loved him.” Piper reassured her. “Now where should we start Jenn?”

“I don’t know this is a big place. Do you want to split up?” Jenn asked.

“No I don’t want to get lost and have to go looking for the same person again.” Piper replied.

She then started heading towards the east. Searching all the people as they went by. Piper knew quite a few people that she had come a crossed in her life. It hurt to

see so many people just walking around. Having no place to go. She was starting to feel scared and really just wanted to snuggle into bed with Leo at her side. Knowing her sisters where right in the other rooms. Piper pushed that thought out of her head and concentrated on finding Pheebs and Leo.

“There will be plenty of time for laying in bed.” Piper muttered to herself hoping that statement would be true. Suddenly Piper knocked into someone. She fell to the

ground landing on her butt. Surprisingly it didn’t hurt,

“Duh Piper your dead.” She reminded herself.

Piper looked up to beautiful green eyes staring back at her. I know those eyes Piper thought excitement rising. Their Leo stood right in front of her. Piper jumped off the ground into Leo’s arms. Tears of joy fell down her cheeks. Leo hugged her back but it didn’t feel the same as usual. Piper ignored the thought and just enjoyed his presence.

Prue stood back watching the events in front of her. She didn’t know quite what to think. Wasn’t it to big of a condescendence that Leo had just rammed into them

like that? Somehow he just didn’t look the same as he always did. Prue studied harder still not wanting to believe it wasn’t him. She knew Piper wouldn’t be too happy and she wanted her sister to be happy. Leo pulled away from Piper avoiding eye contact.

Piper also found this weird but again she pushed the thought out of her head.

“I know where Phoebe is.” Leo announced.

“Really!” Piper exclaimed. “Lets go!” Leo lead the way with Piper right on his heals. Prue and Jenn stayed back a little ways.

“So I guess that’s Leo.” Jenn stated more than asked.

 “I’m not sure if it is really him. He seems different than usually. I’m afraid we don’t have the real one.” Prue explained.

“Oh man Piper isn’t going to be happy. She really seems to like this guy.” Jenn moaned following Prue’s gaze.

“I know.” The rest of the walk the two girls spent it in silence.

Prue was trying to think of a way to ask Piper if Leo seemed different. After about two hours Prue kept seeing things that looked the same. They where going in circles Prue realized.

“Are we going in circles or is it just me?” Jenn asked almost reading Prue’s mind.

“No we are going in circles.” Prue answered. “Hey Piper can I talk to you alone over here!” Prue yelled to her younger sister.

Piper pulled away from Leo and went back to Prue.

“What is it?” She asked.

“We are going in circles.” Prue explained.

“Why would Leo lead as in circles?” Piper asked clueless to what was going on. Prue leaned closer to Piper so no one else could hear.

“Piper hun I don’t think that is Leo.” Prue said.

“What you’re lying!” Piper yelled. “You are just jealous.” Piper went on.

“What do you mean jealous?” Prue asked getting annoyed where this was heading.

“You no very well. You can’t have Andy back so you don’t want me to have Leo back.” Piper yelled even louder.

“I can’t believe you would even think that! I am so happy that you found someone you love. I have never whished for you not to be with Leo. You deserve him after all the hard loves you have had.” Prue said raising her own voice to match Piper’s.

As soon as Prue said that Piper regretted saying that Prue was jealous. It was a horrible thing to say and it wasn’t true. Piper knew that she was just angry that this

might not be Leo.

“Prue I’m sorry I know you are happy for me.” Piper whispered feeling tears in her eyes.

She could see the pain in Prue’s eyes before that she had caused her.

“I know you didn’t mean it.” Prue said taking Piper into a hug. “I am sorry for suggesting this but I don’t think that is really Leo.”

“I know it isn’t. I knew a long time ago I just tried to push it out.” Piper answered crying.

“Shhh you have to be strong we have to find Leo and Phoebe.” Prue said stroking Piper’s hair.

“Your right.” Piper answered pulling away. “Where’s Leo!” Piper yelled to fake Leo.

“What do you mean. I am Leo!” Fake Leo yelled back.

“Stop playing games we know you aren’t the real Leo!” Prue yelled.

“Screw you!” fake Leo yelled then disappeared.

“Now what in the world do we do?” Piper asked frustrated.

“Do you know of any place that Phoebe or Leo could be?” Prue asked Jenn.

“I’m not sure this whole place is built up of Illinoisans. They could be anywhere.” Jenn explained.

“What’s that place?” Piper questioned pointing to another gate.

“That’s the field of communication. If you go there spirits can talk to other spirits that have gone up or down. Its sort of like a telephone to the other worlds.” Jenn answered looking over to the gate.

“Lets go maybe they are in there.” Prue announced walking over. Piper and Jenn followed.

The gate opened when they approached it and they walked in. Many spirits where looking through circles on the wall. There where tons of the little circles other spirits

seem to be on the other side.

“You take the right side I’ll take the left. Jenn you can help me,” Piper said while walking down the left side.

Piper saw someone who could be Phoebe. She quickly turned her around but it wasn’t her. Piper sighed and continued looking. Prue on the other side wasn’t having that much luck ether. Suddenly she spotted what looked to be her mother in one of the

wholes. Prue gasped as she realized it was her. She ran over to the place and Phoebe was there to.

“Phoebe oh my god we found you. Piper Jenn I found Phoebe.” Prue exclaimed. Piper and Jenn rushed over to the spot where Prue was.

Piper pulled Pheebs into a huge hug. She felt like she hadn’t seen her little sister in years.

“Oh Pheebs I’m so glad your ok.” Piper sighed.

Suddenly she saw the face of her mother on the other side.

“Guys look I found mom.” Phoebe replied pointing to the whole.

“Oh Prue Piper you are both so beautiful.” Patty told them. “I can’t believe my babies are dead.” A tear fell down her eye.

“Yes but we get to see you!” Phoebe announced with a smile.

“I have three days to find Prue, Phoebe, and Leo. I already found Prue and Phoebe all we have to do is fine Leo and we can go.” Piper explained to her mother.

“Thank god.” Patty exclaimed.

“You mean we get to go back?” Phoebe asked in an unsure tone.

“Yes we do.”

“Well go and look for Leo. I don’t want to see the four of you up here for a very long time. I love you guys so much.” Patty said not stopping the tears from falling. “We love you to mom. And we miss you.” Prue said putting a hand to the screen. Patty shadowed the motion.

“I’m going to go so you guys can find him ok.”

“No mom don’t leave me again!” Phoebe yelled.

“Hun you have a long life to live. You will have eternity to spend with me when you die. Go back to your life. You have to make me some grandchildren.” Patty answered.

“We wish you where here.” Prue said.

“Me to Prue me to. Let me say goodbye to each of you alone.” Patty told them. “Prue first.” Piper and Phoebe both walked over to Jenn who had left them alone.

“Prue you have grown up so beautiful. Don’t be afraid to let your sisters on in your feelings. They love you very much and will help. Look after them for me but

don’t feel like everything is your fault. Those two can make it themselves with your support. Just follow your heart Prue.”

“I will mom. I love you so much. Goodbye.” Prue said after a long pause Prue went to go tell Piper to say goodbye.

Piper walked over to her mother tears in her eyes.

“Mom. “She choked out.

“Oh Piper hunny. I love you sooooo much. I wish I was there with you. You are so beautiful. Make sure Prue and Phoebe don’t fight all the time. And look out for

them. Oh and don’t make the same mistakes as me. I have been watching you and Leo. I know he loves you very much and you have found someone very special. Now

you go find him and get back to your life.”

“I will mommy I will. I looove you. See yeah someday.”

“Someday far away from today.” Piper then left to go get Pheebs. Phoebe walked over to her mother.

“Mother I don’t want to go back. I want to stay with you.” Phoebe cried.

“Oh my baby. Pheebs you have to go back. The world needs you to go home and do good. There are many people who need help that you can save. Besides your sisters would fall apart without you. You know they love you and need you.. I will be here and I will be watching you. Hun I looove you sooo much but you have to go back for me.”

“Ok mom I will but I miss you so much. I didn’t get to know you as much as Prue and Piper.”

“I know and it’s not fair.”

“I love you bye mom.”

“Goodbye hun.” Pheebs walked away crying hard.

Piper and Prue both embraced her when she came to them. They all had tears in there eyes but they knew that there mom didn’t want them to die yet.

“Sorry to break the mood here but we better hurry we don’t have much time left.” Jenn said breaking the hug up.

(Note ~~ Means its in one of the peoples heads you’ll get it when you read.)

“So where do you think we should look for Leo?” Prue asked no one particular.

“Well we are witches why don’t we just write a spell or something.” Phoebe answered.

“Witches what are you talking about?” Jenn asked clearly confused.

“Never mind we don’t have much time. Pheebs can you write one for us?” Piper said trying to hurry the group up.

She wanted more than anything to get out of this awful place.

“Piper you can write a spell it would work better than my would.” Phoebe exclaimed Piper groaned knowing she had never tried this before.        

“Its not that hard just say what’s in your heart.” Prue told Piper remembering when she had to cast her own spell.

“Right honey you’ll do fine.”

“Alright.” Piper thought for a few minutes then decided what to say.

“In this time and in this place

Search among every face

Find my love

A call to thee

hear me dove

Help my plea” (the spell was written by Teeny for me. I just added a bit to it.)

A few minutes went by and suddenly the four of them where covered in a white light.

“I think its working.” Phoebe exclaimed as they all disappeared.

“Where are we?” Prue asked examining their new surroundings.

“This isn’t good. This would be the plains of guilt.” Jenn answered looking around.

“What?” The three girls asked confused.

“The plains of guilt. There are going to be voices in are head trying to get us to tell guilty about anything. It can drive a person crazy if they are here to long. Don’t listen to the voices there just trying to get to you. They know everything about you who you

love, who is dead, what’s happen blah blah blah.” Jenn explained.

“Why on earth would Leo come here?” Piper asked feeling kind a scared.

“He probably just wandered in here by mistake looking for something. We have to hurry the longer we are in here the more we’ll give in to it.” Jenn said.

 “There are so many people here though.” Piper commented looking through the spirits.

Lots of them where crying and others where silently being tortured.

“Yeah well if you come in here you usually don’t make it out.” Jenn replied starting to search through the masses of people that could possible be him.

Piper glanced at her watch to see how much time they had. Piper almost collapsed seeing they only had around 2 hours. We have been searching that long Piper thought.

She searched harder getting desperate. She wasn’t going to leave without him. Suddenly Piper heard someone’s voice.

~You know this is all your fault.~ Piper looked around to find who said that.

“Prue did you say something?” She asked to her older sister.

“No.” Prue replied not looking over to Piper.

~I’m gonna be trapped her forever because you couldn’t realize that you love me.~ Piper felt tears well up in her eyes as she realized Leo.

“Piper what’s wrong?” Phoebe asked seeing her older sister was on the verge of tears.

“He he blames me for dying. Its all my fault I let him die.” Piper sobbed.

“No honey that’s not true.” Phoebe hugged Piper.

“Piper don’t let the voice get to you. Its not really Leo he doesn’t really think that.” Julie explained.

“Ok.” Piper pushed the voice out of her head and continued searching. She couldn’t let this get to her Leo needed her.

~Phoebe its all your fault that we are dead. You’re the one who cast the spell to make us witches. You’re the reason we are dead. All you have ever been to me is a pain in the ass. I wish you where never born.~Prue’s voice lingered in Phoebes head.

Phoebe stiffened up and trying to not listen to the voice.  “Its not really Prue she doesn’t really think that.” Phoebe whispered to herself.

~Prue how could you let Piper and Phoebe die. I trusted you with them and this is how I am repaid. I should have known you wouldn’t be able to handle this once you let Andy die. I mean how could any one just let the love of their life die.~ Prue felt her heart sink as her mother spoke to her.

“I’m sorry mom.” Prue kept saying over and over. Jenn  noticed that the girls where losing it.

“Guys don’t think about anything the voices are praying on your thoughts. I’ve kept my head clear that’s why nothings happen to me.” Jenn tired to get them to clear there minds but it just wouldn’t work.

“We have to get you guys out of here before it’s to late.” Jenn started to leave when Piper sprinted in the other direction.

“Piper!” Jenn yelled following after her friend. The other two Halliwells snap out of

their trance and ran after their sister.

“Leo!” Piper exclaimed throwing her arms around him.

He was sitting with his head buried in his knees. He didn’t even seem to notice Piper. He kept muttering something about his fault letting Piper die.

“Leo honey please listen to me. Whatever they are saying it isn’t your fault. They are just trying to make you crazy Leo come on look at me.” Piper said lifting his head up. She glazed her hand along his face whipping away some of the tears that had streamed down his cheeks. For an instant Piper saw a flash of Leo in his eyes and she knew it was really him.

“Piper.” He whispered as he realized who was in front of him.

“Its me Leo it’s me.” Piper said softly stroking his hair.

“I’m sorry I let you down.” He choked.

Piper quickly brought him into a hug he buried his face into her shoulder.

“No Leo you didn’t let me down. None of this is your fault. Just ignore what they are saying to you.” Piper whispered holding onto him tightly.

“Piper we have to go we don’t have much time left.” Prue stated.

“Just give us a minute.” Piper announced as the other girls walked a little father away. “Leo.” Piper turned her attention back to him. She pulled back a little. “Come on I’m taking you home.” Piper said getting up.

“After everything that I have done how could you want me to go with you?” Leo asked not getting up.

“I love you and no matter what happens that will never change. I don’t know what they told you but you haven’t done anything wrong. Now come on I’m getting

you out of this place.” Piper took Leo’s hands and help him up. She wrapped her arms around his waist and he leaned on her. They walked over to the group.

“So I guess its time for you guys to leave.” Jenn commented as they both walked over.

“I’m sorry I wish you could come with us but I can only bring three other people.” Piper answered.

“I know I’ll miss you guys.” She gave them all a hug. “Its time for me to go to.” As she said this she disappeared.

“Where did she go?” Phoebe asked amazed to see her disappear.

“I don’t know but I hope someplace better than here.” Piper replied.

“Ummm Piper how do we get back anyways?” Prue wondered out load.

“I don’t know all she said was to find all three of you.” Piper said fear rushing realizing she didn’t know what to do. Suddenly all four of them started dissolving and finally disappeared.

Piper awoke with a pounding head ack. She pulled herself of the ground finding herself in some kind of cave. Forgetting what just happened she sat there confused for a few minutes. After a while she finally remember the whole thing. She looked frantically

around the cave trying to find Prue, Phoebe, and Leo. Piper broke down in tears when she found nothing. Suddenly blue orbs appeared and three figures formed.

“Leo!” Piper exclaimed jumping into his arms. He had orbed Phoebe and Prue back to the cave. “Oh god I missed you guys.” She muttered to all three.

“Leo take us home.” Prue said taking one of his arms.

 “What about the car?”

“We’ll get it later right now I just wanna go to bed and lay in your arms.” Piper smiled.

“Yeah sure that’s all you wanted to do.” Phoebe grinned slyly shitting Piper in the side. Piper immediately blushed making all three of them start laughing.

“Ugh I don’t know why I saved your asses.” Piper joked.

“Ohhh because you love as and would die without us.” Phoebe replied in a baby voice. They all tackled Piper.

“Well you’ve got me there. Come on lets go home.” Piper announced. The three girls grabbed a hold of Leo and he orbed out.

A few hours later Phoebe and Prue where both sleeping while Piper and Leo talked.

“So what are we going to do?” Leo asked.

“What do you mean?” Piper replied picking her head up from his chest.

“I love you, you love me, but I’m a whitelighter again.” Leo stated.

“It doesn’t matter. It made be hard at times but we love each other. Plus with all the demons I’m going to have to fight your better off being able to protect yourself. When you where mortal all I could think about was how some demon could just take you away.”

Piper said. Leo moved his head down to hers and they kissed.

“We’ll make it this time I know it.” Leo whispered.
