This is an unofficial fansite about Kobe Masahiko, the Iron Chef Italian, and head chef at Ristorante Massa in Ebisu, Tokyo. I've been a fan of Iron Chef ever since my sisters introduced me to it on some trip my family was taking, but once I found their tape of the Octopus Battle and watched it, I immediately fell in love with the (then 29-year-old) octopus-pounding, pasta-creating young man.

Note as of October 15th, 2001: Happy Birthday to Kobe!! He's 32 now. My, he's a youngin'...
