This one I did for my cousin sam's birthday. This character shows up a bunch in my later stuff. In this picture she is at her ugliest. I have no idea what all the kanji and katakana say. All I know for sure is the top says happy 12th birthday. I think the bottom says something like this year, next year, every year *shrugs* Colored with colored pencil. Finished August 4, 2000.
