Ever since February 2004 (Lainah is 2 years and 4 months old), Alainah could sing her first songs. Everyone was amazed because out of nowhere she just blurted out the lyrics to Twinkle Twinkle Song. I think she must have sung that song 10 or more times that day because we kept asking her to sing it and Mommy was so happy to share it on the phone with everybody else. But she wouldnt sing just to anyone else on the phone, we have to say its Auntie G from Tennessee before she starts singing..hehe. Now she sings that song in so different style, fast and even with different voices... she's just too silly sometimes. And she also sings it everywhere, while shopping, or walking and people just loves listening to her. Few days later, she sang 'London Bridge is Falling Down'... its one of her favorite games with her aunties. Now she can sing more than those 2 songs and can even count by herself. Mommy makes her count 1-10 before she can get turns to play with her toys, because now Tintin shares her toys with her. after counting, she goes 'my turn'..hehe. then its tintin's turn to count, of course, mommy counts for tintin for now. anyways, lainah luvs to sing songs eversince i can imagine. she even hums before she started talking, she sings before she could say words. but before she could sing, before she turned two, she even memorize all the hand movements to different songs, you will see more of that later on, but 'brother john' is an example that she's learned from grandma before she turned 2. 'hickory duck' is another one that she learned since she was 1 year old, mommy got that on her video camera but not in her dig. camera so she doesnt know how to share it on the web. but anyways, links below are of her singing her songs. click now and you'll know why i'm so proud of ALAINAH.
