Here you can see how all 4 runners enter the collector at an equal size and angle.  The weld beads are ground out for minimal flow restriction.  This is a T-4 flange.

For those requesting EGT bungs, I put them in the collector between #2 and #3, this area has good access to all 4 cylinders.
To the left you can see the angles of the runners even better, note how all 4 runners enter the flange at about a 15 degree angle.  This wastegate dump tube is a prototype design, All headders made from this one on will have the dump tube exiting directly out the side of the collector between the #3 and #4 runners via a 3" straight section.
Below you can see the runners entering the collector and how they all point towards the turbo.  Many mass produced manifolds aim the #1 and #4 runners straight at each other, and at a 90 degree angle to the turbo.  That is a lazy design.  I went to great lenghths to make these shapes fit both the perfomnace and strength needs of this aplication.
