| Title History: MXW Intercontinental Champion (Oct. 23, 2005) |
| Biography: CHILDHOOD... Sugar Hill, whose real name is Sean Hill, is an African-American man born and raised in Hollywood,CA. His father was killed during an attempted armed robbery and his mother was found to be unfir. So at the age of 6, he went to live with the only loving family he would ever know... his grandmother. She did the best she could with the rambunctious kid that was always into everything... and she always instilled in him to be the best he could be, no matter what he was doing. A Diamond in the Rough... Sean was a standout in high school sports, winning state defensive football player of the year as a senior DB. Sean was a great football player, he was even offered college scholarships. But Sean's first love was professional wrestling. he grew up idolizing guys like Thunderbolt Patterson, Carlos Colon, Dusty Rhodes and Mr Wrestling II. When he was 19 he packed his bags, moved to Florida and joined SkullKrusher's Wrestling School with the "Exotic" Adrian Street. Less than two years later, he dyed his hair platinum blond, put in blue contacts and moved back to Hollywood,CA to become the next icon in professional wrestling. The domination started in GSW as Sugar Hill became the first ever GSW Golden Linx Champion on 6/30/02. But he soon won more than just gold as he won the lotto for $60,000,000.00! This gave him a new look on life and a new look altogether. Upon his return after an extended vacation, "The Hollywood Blonde" Sugar Hill changed his name and his image... thus, the birth of the "$60,000,000 Ebonic Man" Sugar Hill. He surrounded himself with the best hoodrats money could buy and created the stable "Urban Legends". After a stint in GSW, he spent some time in LSW, GCW, NSW and AWA... where he had his most successful run teaming with Stephen "The Future" Shanks to form the team of Finer Things in Life. A few months and a few titles passed and Stephen Shanks left the AWA. With his partner leaving, Sugar Hill set out on a new career path. HOLLYWOOD BOUND... Sugar Hill decided to finance and star in a few action movies... trying to make himself the next Wesley Snipes... which wasn't too far fetched since he is quite often mistaken for the action star. But unfortunately, acting didn't turn out to be Sugar Hill's best career path. So Sugar, always wanting to be in the spotlight decide to return to the one thing he knew he could dominate at. THE RETURN... Now after taking over a year off from wrestling he's decided to make a comeback. Not too hard of a decision since his movie career failed. So where to start over? Well being as arrogant as he is, he thought he could just walk in abd be a star in a national promotion. But the SWA Board of Directors had something different in mind. Move over Poncho Vila... the "$60,000,000 Ebonic Man" Sugar Hill is making his way to Mexico! HOLLYWOOD BOUND, AGAIN... In the single month that Sugar Hill wrestled for WAM, he dominated the league... winning the WAM Heavyweight Title and the WAM Luchadorito Title. However, he vacated both titles when offered a chance to return to Hollywood and star in the sequel to "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything... Julie Newmar." OH HELL... BACK TO MEXICO!!! Well that was a short retirement from wrestling. Sugar went to Hollywood only to find out that he would be playing the part of a drag queen. Sugar in a dress... hell no! So Sugar contacted the SWA and attempted to return. PROBLEM... he was in breech of contract! But out of nowhere, WAM's Kyle Best to the rescue! He gave Sugar the chance to return to WAM... only 1 catch. No more "Sugar Hill". Sugar would have to become the champion that Kyle Best wanted... one that Jake Colossal would be proud of. So Sugar, errr... Sean Hill returned to WAM without all the glammer and glitz, without his entourage... and without the attitude. He prompty won the WAM Mejor Luchador Title. But it wasn't long before Sugar showed his true colors... delivering a promotion wide beatdown and leaving the promotion. |
