Alright lemme start by sayin .. if its ONE MINUTE passed 6.. do you really think that you CANT just give us the freakin tickets!!!
But anyways..So for this show i went with Staci and her friend Brandon. We hadda get our tickets at the door but that was no problem. There wasnt that long of a line to get in anyways. And of course there were some stupid kids behind us that were just saying some really 'cool' things lemme tell ya. 'hey everyone break out your fake id's that say your 21!' Ok turd.. cuz we just might wanna do that. Im sorry but i like my liver in tact thanx. But anyways.. we got in.. there werent that many people. Staci hadda go to the lil girls room but before we made it there i hear "JESSICA!!!". Im like who what!? And it just turns out to be that ever so cool kid Andy (friends with jason). He told me how he tried to get Jason to come and stuff but he didnt have the money.. blah blah blah. So in the bathroom this girl starts talkin to me about snap braclets cuz i said something about mine. Im just like cooool. So we just stood around before the show. I saw Kristal (krink) and chantel. They were all bee-bopping around. Then it just started gettin super hot in there like after the first band - Pollen -. They were actually pretty good.. even though some people dont think so.. they actually sounded good live unlike some bands.. like One Man Army.. sorry i can say that im not a fan of them. Maybe the guys hair is cool cuz it looks eightys-ish but other than that. blah. And The Suicide Machines rocked. You can totally feel the energy of them live. By that time it was like at least 100 degrees in there. And everyone was moshing and crowd surfing. But it seemed like every song of The Suicide Machines was about unity. I dono maybe they were... but it doesnt mean that you have to say the same thing in the begining of 3 different songs...' this is a song about unity!' It was cool when they did the vans song cuz its just reminded me of my friends back in Holland when we all used to dance around singin that song. Then FINALLY! Less Than Jake came on. First the only thing I saw was a bright freakin white light that they liked to shine right in our faces.. im like i dont need my vision anyways. They rocked, they got the audience all pumped and it was so hot in there and my feet hurt so bad from standing for the last 4 hrs strait that i thought i was gonna fall over. But I stuck through it. Even the encore. And i got a free record outta the deal! So now i can say that im in love with the song " All my best friends are metalheads". I love it! The one dude was throwing stickers.. then the other dude was throwing out records.. everyone was all tryin to grab one and im just sittin here and one lands right in between my feet. Im like rock on. Then after it was all over.. we left.. and steppin out side was like heaven.. it was so nice out.. even though it rained and my pants got soaked. But i didnt care.. i wasnt all hot and sticky anymore! ha If it wasnt for the temp. in that place i would say that it was a freakin awesome concert. But i just couldnt wait 'till LTJ stopped playin so we could leave! Out of all the bands i would have to say that The Suicide Machines and Less Than Jake were the best. Who knows what concert im gonna be goin to next cuz it will prolly be in pittsburgh if i do go to any with out staci! ha But im gonna go look for a hottie boombalaty.. check ya later :oP
