Kenny talks about how he always wanted to wear his little swimsuit and be the circus thong man. Guy is replaced by Geek LeDouche. Guy was at a parole hearing. Kenny also makes a statement I agree with, "Clowns suck!" We get to see Father Laffy Pants though.

"This is truly an auspicious gathering of hard working travel industry workers, who will face their nemesis, the circus people. But who here thinks that the federal government is crippling both industries with a glut of safety regulations and federal mandates, Hm?"
