MX6 Turbo and R33 Skyline GTS25T
	My R33 Skyline GTS25T My skyline is an imported 1993 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS25T. The engine is a 2.5l Straight 6, with twin overhead cams, 24 valves and a single roller bearing ceramic turbo. The factory rated power (at the flywheel) is 187kw. Good for a 14.3sec 1/4 mile. It was purchased in Japan in November 1999 and arrived in Australia early February 2000. Click here for pictures of it, the day it was picked up from the docks. I have only just started modifying it. First up was a full 3" exhaust. Consisting of 3" mandrel bent pipe from the turbo, to a 3" high flow catalytic converter, then 3" madrel bent mild steel through to a single resonator and straight through Megaflow Muffler with a Subaru WRX STI style tip. I have also added a bleed valve to increase the boost, currently running about 11psi. Last sunday (26th March) I took the car to Calder Park for a bit of Drag Racing fun. Click here for the times I ran. As you can guess from the 60' times, i had a bit of trouble with traction. Had I got better tyres and therefore a better launch, it would have run easy 13's.
