One day after work, two of my German biking friends took me for an exploratory ride. Although most of the trails were fireroad or 2-track, they were very steep and gave me a chance to see where to hook up with the many single track trails and, more importantly - where the pubs where located.
Marius absolutely kicked my butt on the climbs - he is an incredibly strong rider. He is training for a race this year in Italy.

Martin and I have ridden before and we always get together for a mountain bike ride. When I visit Germany he takes me out for some exploration and when he is in Arizona with me, I return the favor. Martin is also an amazingly strong rider.
