| The Jews and the true, repentant worshipers of God of the Christian church will become ONE: Ezek 37: 15 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying, 16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: Judah....the Jews are one stick and the stick of Ephraim is the people of the Christian church have departed the idol worship of the churches. The Lord makes them ONE in his hand.. 17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand. 18 And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not show us what thou meanest by these? 19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand. The stick of Joseph which is in the hand of Ephraim is taken (takes people out of the Christian church) and put with the stick of Judah....which seems to be saying that the ONE stick put together will be known as JUDAH. This seems to make sense considering one of the promises Jesus makes to the ones who overcome in the Christian church: Revelation 2: 26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. This goes along with the pronouncement of Jacob to his son Judah when he gathered all his sons to hear what befalls them in the latter days: Genesis 49: 9 Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? 10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. To the one who overcomes....he will give power over the nations (Revelation)...will be able to join Judah (the tribe of the Messiah) with the sceptre of the King and ....the rod of iron that punishes the enemies of God. The one who overcomes is the one who repents of idol worship and false doctrines in the Christian church and worships God in spirit and truth. The chosen Jews and Christians will become one in Judah (one stick) one in the hand of God....one in the Messiah who is the king of Judah who is over the house of David (the one stick) ... the new stick is as a lion's cub (Judah is a lion's whelp)...a young nation who defeats his enemies and gets rid of evil..".from the prey, my son, thou art gone up" To this one stick (the house of the king of Judah...the house of David)....it is to execute judgment in the morning and deliver all those oppressed by church leaders so that they may worship God in truth and spirit. Why in the morning? I believe it is referring to the morning of the day of the Lord. When the darkness starts to go away and those who understand leave their evil ways and hearts...they "overcome" and are granted the right to sit IN the throne (with the King of Judah...be the house of David) and will be given power over the nations with the King and break the enemies with the rod of iron....to deliver those who have been oppressed by the enemies of God. (Jer 21:11 KJV) And touching the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear ye the word of the LORD; 21:12 O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. Again, to the house of the king of Judah....to the one stick of Jesus....he sits on the throne of David as King and those who follow after him, they are to deliver those "spoiled"(captive and robbed of spiritual food and living water) by their oppressors in their "churches". 22:1 Thus saith the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word, 2 And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people that enter in by these gates: 3 Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place. 4 For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people. Continuing from Ezekiel: 20 And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes. The Lord takes his people from leaders who practice idol worship and teach falsehoods and brings them to the land of true worship in truth and spirit in God. 21 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: They, the Jews and Christains, will be one nation. Think about the parable of the rich man and Lazarus...how there was a great, fixed gulf between them from the transition of the Jews having the kingdom to the gentiles. 22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: 23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. The Messiah...the Annointed One will be king over them...they will be sanctified and walk in uprightness. 24 And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. 25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever. 26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28 And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore. |
