March 3, 1999 - Kelcie's Klubbers trades their 1999 1st round draft choice (4) acquired in an earlier deal to Bates Motel, with two tickets, Sect. 118, Row 12, Seats 6 and 7, to all three Chicago Cubs at Cleveland Indians games scheduled for play at Jacobs Field on June 4, 5, 6 of 1999. In addition, Kelcie's Klubbers agree they may not draft pitcher Kerry Wood, or any pitcher with Wood as a last name, nor may Kelcie's Klubbers trade any of the top three choices in the 1999 draft. Additionally, Bates Motel has the option to claim its first choice of any potato chip products available at 1999 draft lunch, and Kelcie's Klubbers are required to cook Bates Motel's hamburger to order. Farney's franchise announces its new name is Up And Comers.
