5 August - March of Unity and Devotional Service by MWPHGL of Washington and the Grand Lodge of Washington in Dupont, Washington

 

11 August - First meeting  of Past Grand Masters, 08:00 to 09:30 a.m., at the Grand East in Seattle

9 August - 1000 Man March in Tacoma at the People’s Park at 5:00 p.m.

11 August - Comptroller Board meeting, Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. at the Grand East.  GM will conduct elections. Note: This is the 2nd Saturday of the month vice the 3rd Saturday.

15 August - Grand Session Convention Director will announce location for the year 2002 Grand Session

18 - 22 August - Attending Ancient Egyptian Arabic Nobles of the Mystic Shrine Imperial Session.  Deputy Grand Master is always automatically in charge when Grand Master is away. However, DGM will be designated in writing

 

24 August - District #4 hosting event to honor the re-election of the Grand Master

25 August - Banquet in honor of The Deputy of the Orient for the State of Washington, S.G.I.G. Daniel L. Lunsford

  

29 August - 6 Sep - MWGM Troutt and Grand Party (First Lady, Deputy Grand Master and Grand Senior Warden) attending District #9 Annual District Session, held in Western Germany; GJW Hardin Keys in Charge.

31 August - Seven Lodges of District #2 under the leadership of DDGM Milton are having a joint banquet

7- 8 September - Orient of Washington Council of Deliberation (C.O.D.), held at the Executive Inn in the city of Fife, WA

22 September - Cassia Lodge #5 host a banquet

4 - 12 October - MW Troutt out of Jurisdiction visiting North and South Carolina; DGM Harris will be in charge

 

13 October - Desert of Washington Desert Conference culminating with Shriners Banquet.  Note:  2nd Saturday in October annually

 

26- 27 October - Region VI Conference of Grand Masters, held in Boise, Idaho

Year 2003  - Orient of the State of Washington host the United Supreme Council Annual Meeting in May
