The Climate of Brainerd, Minnesota

Welcome to what is perhaps the only website on the internet devoted to the climate of Brainerd, Minnesota. The data found within this website were collected from the historical records database that is a part of the website of Minnesota Climatology Working Group. In all cases, the data used came from the closest weather observation site to Brainerd. Although daily temperature, precipitation, and snow measurements have been taken in or around Brainerd since the city was founded in 1871, the first year on record for which there is information available for every day of the year is 1898. Because of this, only information from 1898 onward was considered in the making of this website.
