Chely Wright "Never Love You Enough" 9-18-2001 Spent 50 straight days at #1, with 57 total days on the countdown. Was the first artist to be retired early, due to 50 days at #1.
Blake Shelton "Austin" 11-8-2001 65 days on the countdown, now the only male artist to have a video retire and not have hit #1 on the countdown.
Toby Keith "I Wanna Talk About Me" 12-12-2001 First artist to get two videos retired from the countdown, 65 total days on the countdown, 36 days at #1 gives him the record for most days by a male artist at #1. Final video that was retired in 2001.
Tim McGraw "The Cowboy In Me" 4-19-2002 8 days at the top of the countdown, 65 total days on the countdown...first video to be retired in 2002.
