Termination (Firing)
Except
in extreme cases before a Person is fired they must be
Warned and given a chance to correct thier actions. When Warning you need to
leave a formal inbox explaining what the problem is. You also need to give a
set time limit in which you expect to see a change. However if the Person has
not logged in over 7 days no warning is needed or if the constitution has been
broken. Be firm but be fair... A good employer is understanding and gives
chances, but this does not mean that people cannot do their jobs. We are a
team here, thus we all work, and live together. The termination of ones job is
only to happen when a person has failed to do any of the following.
1. Neglecting Duties (Failure to Respond, Not doing Assigned Task/Duty)
2. Failure To Maintain (Blocks, Message Boards, Communications)
3. Lack Of Activity (Not Posting, Not Logging in, Not Hosting Events
(BL and ND))
4. Failure to obey CT Constitution
5. Putting yourself or others in the change blocks or in access for the hood or blocks.
