Chain of Command

In our community there is a chain of command to follow. Like any other job in Real Life (RL), it is important to follow the chain of command and by doing this we keep the day-to-day operations efficient and allow the flow of processes to run smoothly. In the event of a disagreement with your immediate superior, you may follow through the ladder of command by appealing your cause to your boss's superior. In every case though you must assure that your superior be present and aware of your steps.
