Welcome and congratulations you are now a member of the best staff in Cybertown. First you must ask yourself are you ready to work? The answer is probably not. The reason is simple, you have not been trained yet in our ways. As a staff member of our hood here in Inner Realms, you have chosen to take on the responsibility of managing the block or neighborhood and aiding your fellow residents.

Whether you are the Neighborhood Leader, a Neighborhood Deputy, a Block Leader or a Block Deputy you now set the standard the rest of the neighborhood will follow. Your actions will reflect upon all who live and work here in Astrology. Anyone can and will turn to you for aid and guidance. Being courteous and polite is an essential key to keeping this place  fun and enjoyable to all.

In these training and standards pages we have elaborated on the many duties of the job that will be required from you. This is an easy job and does not require much time once you have learned the how to do it. Providing of course you have not put off your responsibilities until its to late!
