You find an interesting plaque over a doorway of a Sea Dragon. On the door itself is a sign that read Lake Merchant. As you enter you see that the room is well furnished with plush seating and four marble tables. There is one person sitting at each of the tables looking expectantly at you to join one of them.
A maiden approaches you and says, Good day, Welcome to the Lake Merchants. So you have come to set up plans for traveling. I'm sure we can help you in someway. Please have a seat at one of our tables and the person there will be glad to help you.
