Do I Have a talisman?
As i look at all the stuff that i have aquired over the years i am surprised to find an abundience of things that have no real meaning. I mean i have all this stuff that cost me money and between the class and I, i wold not be sad if i sold it all. so how can ai have all this stuff and noting that really means a lot to me. Well this made me a little uneasy,so i decided to go on a quest to find something of mine that has true importance and meaning. I looked out side and saw my car and was like, "nope the car does not mean all that much, I guess i should look in my room and see if i can find anything." I looked and looked and still i found nothing that would justify the talisman status. Next I was off to the office in hope that i put something of meaning in there. I looked in the closet and under th bed and still nothing. As I was sitting onthe bed in the office i looked straight across to the book shelfs. What i found there was what I was looking for. I opend this book and beagn to read all the notes written to me by old friend and memories began to rush back. What is this you make ask? Well i know it may sound funny, but it was my senior high school year book. When looking at the book it does not seem to have any more wealth then that of others, but when i opened it the true importance is there. It contains things that i will surely forget as i get older, but will always serve as a reminder of those good old days. To me this book contains the magic of some of the high school days i had and hope never to forget.
