Party Suite





Welcome to the Party Suite listing! The Party Suite Reservation Form will be available in PR #1, or you may e-mail [email protected] with 2009 PARTY SUITE FORM REQUEST in the subject line and we can send you a Microsoft Word file. The dates for submitting the Party Suite Reservation Form are between March 17* - May 7, 2008. Forms postmarked before March 15*, 2009 will not be accepted; this is in order to be fair to all members. Forms must be mailed, as your legal signature is required on them. Electronic submissions and faxes cannot be accepted.

Please see the listing below for available spaces. Parties can continue to be added. Please return to this page to make sure you meet the deadlines, etc. for listing your party in the program book.

GENERAL PARTY SUITE RULES:
  1. The Party Suite is MediaWest*Con 2009 function space, and is provided exclusively for the use of MW*C 2009 members.
  2. There is NO SMOKING - this includes candles as well - allowed in the Suite.
  3. While you may bring in your own food and beverages, there is NO COOKING (hot plates, popcorn makers, etc.) allowed in the suite.
  4. Anyone wishing to use a VCR/DVR in the suite must make arrangements with the hotel for connecting and disconnecting it within your allotted time.

The MW*C 2009 member reserving the Party Suite is responsible for:

  1. Any damages or charges incurred in the suite during their allotted time.
  2. Making sure the suite is cleaned, any furniture moved is returned to its original position, and all trash is removed by the end of their allotted time. Please bring large trash bags and cleaning supplies with you (or request from hotel beforehand) and do NOT leave trash inside or directly outside of the Party Suite.
  3. Making sure all participants are attending MW*C 2009 members.
  4. Making sure all participants vacate the suite by the end of their allotted time.

Anyone not adhering to the above rules may be barred from future use of the MediaWest*Con Party Suite.
