Minnie Whinnies & Bitty Brayers Club of Virginia

Welcome to the Minnie Whinnies & Bitty Brayers Club of Virginia (MWBBC).  We are a social and recreational club providing educational and fun experiences for miniature horse and donkey owners and enthusiasts.  It is our goal to develop and promote good fellowship that preserves the health and welfare and encourages the humane and ethical treatment of the miniature horse and donkey.

CHARTER MEETING

The club's first meeting was held on Sunday, February 19, 2017, 1:30-3:30p.m. at the Culpepper County Library located at 271 Southgate Shopping Center, Culpepper, Virginia.  At this gathering, twelve individuals met to bond and solidify their mutual interest in miniature horses and donkeys by creating the Minnie Whinnies & Bitty Brayers Club of Virginia, and thus becoming its Charter members.

GOVERNANCE

The MWBBC By-laws are currently being drafted, reviewed and considered for adoption by the MWBBC members at this time.
