12 corn tortillas
1 pkg. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium can Wolf Brand Chili (no beans)
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave tortillas then put cheese in center and roll them up. Mix 1 tbs of chili and 3 tbs of water and place in bottom of pan (this is so tortillas won't stick). Place tortillas w/cheese in 9 x 12 baking dish. Mix chili, 1/4 cup water and onion together then pour over tortillas and put remaining cheese on top.....You can have sour cream and guacamole to garnish it.
Believe it or not, this tastes wonderful.....I usually serve it with chips and sauce.
