Riding Experience LEC =Lake Erie College Fall 1997 (FRESHMEN YEAR): Rode various school horses and trained under Marsha Ferrick. Spring 1998: Trained with Marsh Ferrick. Showed LEC February Dressage Series on Betsy (AHSA Training Level) Showed LEC March Dressage Series on Elektra (AHSA Training Level) Summer 1998: Worked at Thoroughbred breeding Farm in Ohio. Fall 1998 (SOPHORMORE YEAR): Leased Horse named Mister Frisky from friend Erin Strawser. Showed Mister Frisky in November Dressage Series LEC (AHSA 1st Level) Spring 1999: Leased Mary VonWerne?s Circuit Breaker and showed April LEC Dressage Series (AHSA Training Level) Summer 1999: Trained with Kathy Henry and Julie McElhaney at LJ Stables Leased and promoted the sale of Circuit Breaker: Sold at end of Summer to Leah Janoch who owns LJ Stables in Ohio. Showed LEC June Ohio Dressage Derby on Circuit Breaker (AHSA Training Level). Fall 1999 (JUNIOR YEAR): Trained with Christine Hastings at LEC. Showed Amadeus in November Dressage Series (AHSA 1st Level) Trained LEC?s Thoroughbred Stallion Pheonix Saddle Broke 2 y/o filly Laurella Lin with Jessica Moore under Sue Coen?s Instruction. Spring 2000: Trained with Christine Hastings at LEC. Trained and Showed Act II (1st level) Rode on Lake Erie College?s High Team for the Team DeVille Show. Won 4th team place with Act II. Trained and promoted sale of Wally. Now sold to a rider at Apple Knoll Farm and competing in Training Level Eventing. Summer 2000: Rode at Anne Gribbons farm in Brentwood, NY. Trained under: Anne Gribbons, Pat Conlin, and Karen Rolfe. Rode many school horses. Showed Dillinger (Training Level) and Pepperdine (1st Level). Fall 2000 (SENIOR YEAR): Trained and showed Tammarind (1st and 2nd level) under Jurgen Goehler?s instruction. Trained and Showed Wellington (2nd and 3rd level.) under Christine Hastings instruction. Spring 2001: Trained and showed Tammarind and Wellington February Dressage Show Schooled under Christine Hastings (S Judge) Tammarind 2nd Level Tests 3 and 4 Wellington 3rd Level Test 2 March Dressage Show LEC Schooled under Christine Hastings Entering Tammarind Second Level Test 2,3 Entering Wellington Third Level Test 2,3 To be continued... |
