I wrote these games during high school; they work on the TI-83 and TI-83 Plus. They're in the normal TI-83 programming language; if you want to, you can edit the games yourself and add your own features. Of course, you'll need a PC-to-calculator link cable to get the games on your calculator. Here they are:
3games.zip -- Click to download a zip file of all three games (4kb). You'll need Winzip or something like it to open it; Winzip is a free download. This file didn't really need to be zipped, but unfortunately Yahoo is stupid and won't let you have a ".83p" file extension. Anyway, the zip file includes these games:
My best game. A version of the classic game where you set the angle and speed of your shot. (It has all kinds of different names. The version I first played was named OnTarget.) This game was written during the U.S. action in Afghanistan, so the "story" is that you are aiming at a Taliban cave. If you average less than three shots per cave, you get to see the ending cutscene, which stars Osama bin Laden and is actually a separate program:
This isn't really a game; it's just the wonderful ending cinematic for Ontarget. You can watch it without beating Ontarget. Osama bin Laden dances and does a rap, and there is a surprise ending. The text goes a little too fast in the beginning, but fixing that would have made it a lot bigger. If you're a slow reader, you can always edit the program to see what he's saying. (I wrote the rap myself. It's copyrighted. If you want to use it/sell it/sing it, I'll sell it to you. Also, don't read it if you might get offended. I'm not a racist or anything, but it does get a little disrespectful of Islam. Same with Ontarget.)
Unrelated to the first two files, this is a text-only strategy game where you lead a gang to complete control of Chicago. You start with one thug; you buy thugs to carry out your operations and cops to keep them from getting busted. Your final objective is to eliminate your three rival gangs. One way to do this is to hire assassins; if they succeed in killing a rival gang's leader, it will get rid of half the thugs in that gang. The assassins and rivals are named for people in my high school; if you knew them it would be funny. Feel free to edit the program and change the names. Just experiment to learn about the game.

NEW- Here is a physics TI-83 program I just wrote. It's mainly here because I'm using this page as an archive for myself. It finds the force of attraction/repulsion due to Coulomb's law on a charged particle. It can find the total force of multiple charged particles on one charged particle (you tell it where the charges are in a coordinate plane). If you want better instructions for using it, email me.
