When we originally signed up, we did so under fanball.com, so go to www.fanball.com and click on "Log in". Then click on "forgot password" and enter your Email address. It will send you your ID and password. If you have changed your Email, it will not recognize you. Our website is a part of fanball.com, but is serviced by cbs.sportsline.com so some of us won't have a Sportsline ID. That is a separate database. If you still have problems doing it this way, then call 1-800-771-4616. That is the sportsline help number. They are there on Saturdays. I selected option #2 and got a nice lady after a couple minutes on hold, so you can do the same. They can see your account information except for your password. However, they can change your password for you. If the fanball website works for you, it should log you through the sportsline into mdwffl, but if it doesn't then call that number and they should be able to help. If you have a cell phone, I would recommend using that so you can be on the Internet at the same time you are talking to the tech support person. They may be able to help you more that way, if they can walk you through it.
