Concession Agreement * January 11 &12, 2009 This is a two page agreement is between Merrimack Valley Kennel Club and: ________________________________ for rental of concession space at the MVKC Winter Show January 11 & 12, 2009. Our show site is held at the Royal Plaza Trade Center in Fitchburg, Massachusetts 1-978-342-7100. The aforementioned parties agree the following to: 1. Concession space is sold with 10-foot minimum space for the cost: one fee includes 1 or 2 days. FEE 10 feet..............$275 15 feet..............$400 20 feet..............$500 30 feet..............$750 2. Concession space will be in depths of 8-10 linear feet, which will be determined by MVKC. 3. Vendor�s space is limited. A deposit of $100.00 must be received no later than December 10, 2008. Balance is due in full on all vendors� space by December 31, 2008. Or you will loose your space and your deposit. 4. All money�s for said space are non-refundable. 5. Concession space will be confirmed By MVKC after the Concession Chairperson has received monies. 6. There will be no subletting or sharing of concession space. 7. Merrimack Valley Kennel Club and/or its members are not responsible for any damage or losses incurred to concession/merchandise/property of said concession holder. 8. Concession holder will pick up trash/debris at the end of the show and will place such items in designated area per the Concession Chair person, Beth Robillard or the Show Chairman Mr. George Marquis. 9. Each Vendor MUST contact the Hotel themselves and fill out the form for Electricity (if you need electricity) YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF THIS A WEEK BEFORE THE SHOW 1-978-342-0002 ext. 107. 10. All concessions must be completely set up by 8:00 AM on Sunday. ** All concessions can be set up as soon as booth space is taped up, marked and posted by MVKC. This will be done after Best in Show (Not before or during the show).PLEASE keep in mind that all Saturday Vendors have their space available to them until 9:00pm. Normally they want to get home right after BIS but, give them time. Don�t be pushy. No verbal agreement will over ride this contract * Deposits are Non-refundable* this contract is non transferable.
