Maple Valley Elementary School has an excellent, informative web site. The purpose of our site it to provide school-wide information as well as individual classroom information and student recognition. Parents should be aware that, as a part of classroom and student recognition, pictures of students are a part of our site. In order to maintain the strictest student safety, we observe the following when placing our pictures on our web site:
1. Most of the time, small groups of students are pictured together on our website.
2. Student pictures never include captions that would identify the names of pictured students.
3. Student work, which is published to our site, will recognize the student author by first name only.
Learning is enhanced through technology's endless possibilities and we are pleased to be able to offer the latest technological benefits to our students on a daily basis.
