| Somogyviszlo is a small village in the Somogy hills located around 6 km north of Szigetvar,30km west of Pecs, one of Hungary's largest towns (see the little house near the bottom of the map). |

The area of the house itself is 125 m2
and consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen (the original one we joined with 1 room), bath/shower with
boiler and even a wine cellar! See the map on the left. There is water, electricity, and telephone
and we added central heating and more stuff. The total area of the property is 5000 m2 (around 50000 sq ft) and on the property are 3 other small buildings in pretty bad condition and many fruit trees, see the photo's below. |
