Chun Li is a very angry girl. Her father was killed by M.Bison when she was just a kid and she spent her life training to hun him down and kill him. He kicked her butt though, so she joined Interpol and trained some more. During this game's timeline, she's been sidetracked from her quest for revenge. To get to Bison, she'll take on any challenger, wether it's her fellow heroes, or the powerful Onslaught. Cun Li is extremely powerful in this game. She's potentially the best character in the hands of a master.
Stomp Kick
+MK
Chun Li sticks her foot out and stomp's on her opponent. This move has extreme priority and will beat out most opponent's anti air attacks. The best thing about it is that she can cancel it into a Roundhouse, making it a very useful jump in attack. In an air combo she can use it to make some very long, impressive chains. This move is involved in her infinite air combo as well.
Neck Breaker
+HK
Chun Li hops over her opponent's head and knees them on the back of the neck. It's a great move to use for taking an opponent by surprise. She looks like she's simply jumping into the air, making them attempt a counter attack. They usually end up getting whacked on the head because of their confusion.
Mini-Kikosho
+P
Chun Li rears back and a ball of energy surrounds her hands. It's a mini version of her super from the Alpha series. It's a good air defender and can be chained into a ground combo. It has almost no recovery time and is a very safe move to pull off. Watch her legs though, cause they can get sweeped if you get too predictable with it.
Rising Bird Kick

+K
Chun Li's version of a Dragon Punch. She goes into the air with her legs a kickin. It comes out extremely fast and is useful as an anti air move. Make sure to combo it beforehand because it will leave her wide open if blocked. Generally, it's not a great attack because a launcher into an air combo will do more damage.
Kikoken

+P
This is Chun Li's projectile. The best thing about it is that it comes out faster than it looks. Throw one out after a blocked ground combo and your opponent will try to hit you cause it looks like she's vulnerable. They'll end up getting tagged because it's so deceptively fast. Use it mostly for chipping damage though, because it really does not combo and it's too small and too slow to be used as a keep away attack.
Axe Kick

+K
Chun Li flips over and hits her opponent with the back of her leg. This is unblockable except if they're in a standing position, making it a great move to use against turtles that like to block low all day. It is a good surprise move to pull off after a ground combo.
Lightning Legs K(rapidly)
Chun Li kicks her legs so fast that they make energy blades in front of her. It OTG's, combos and acts as an AC Finisher. It's very hard to counter because it pushes her opponents away even if they block. It's also a great chipping attack. Be careful on the ground though, cause now she poses for a split second after she stops kicking, making her slightly vulnerable.
Kikosho

+2P(Level One)
Chun Li forms a huge bubble of throbbing energy around her body. It sucks in her opponents for a nice thirteen hit bashing. It's a very good move to use as air defense and it's her best chipping super. The block damage that this move does is incredibly powerful. It also acts like a shield and protects her from any attack for the duration of the super. One of the best times to pull it off is after killing a character. His incoming partner has no choice but to land on the bubble and take some decent block damage.
Senretsu Kyaku

+2K(Level One)
Chun Li charges forward while rapidly kicking her legs. It's her easiest super to set up for in a combo and it does good damage. She can get up to ten extra hits out of it by ramming the buttons and shaking the joystick. It's also great as a counter attack for missed moves because of it's great speed and range. Be careful if it's blocked cause she poses for a split second after finishing the move, leaving her vulnerable. Overall though, it's her most useful super.
Hazan Tenshou Kyaku

+2K(Level One)
A super version of her Rising Bird Kick. It's a very powerful move and it combos perfectly off of her launcher. The best thing about it is that Chun Li will land at about the same time as her opponent and will be able to OTG them for another air combo. Watch out if it's blocked or misses though because Chun Li will be left wide open to counter attack.
Shichisei Senkuu Kyaku (air)

+2K(Level One)
Chun Li's new Raging Demon move. In the air, she flies forward and kicks her opponent. The background disappears as Chinese letters fill the screen. The opponent then falls to the ground with over half of his lifebar gone. It is extremely easy to use as an AC finisher and does way too much damage for only one level of super meter. In my opinion, they shoulda made it a level three super.
Kikoken

HP+HK(Level One)
It's a great counter for single hit fireballs and slow attacks but multi hitting supers will just kick her butt cause it takes forever to come out. Try not to counter too many supers with this attack. Stick to using it against normal moves.
Kikosho or Senretsu Kyaku

HP+HK(Level Two)
If Chun Li starts the team super, she will do a Kikosho. It will act as a force field even if you completely miss, protecting both Chun Li and her partner. If it connects, it sucks them in, setting the opponent up for her partner's attack. If she is the second character, she'll come in doing her Lightning Kick super, doing a lot of damage if the first character's super is comboed. Personally, I think that they should have reversed the roles of the supers to make them more effective, but then again she's too powerful already! ^_^
