| Beaded Jewelry by Marjorie Vetter Marj had been beading since childhood. She started with stringing and weaving seed beads, but as her love of beads grew, she expanded her materials to include semi-precious stones and metals such as sterling silver. Beading is a hobby for Marj, but one which mixes well with her profession as a geologist. She does both from her rural home in Montana where the scenery and the people inspire her work. Native American themes are common in her beadwork and she has been drawn to their symbols of nature and geometic patterns since her love of beads began. |
