| All telescopes, accessories and Library media are available for use free of charge to all MVAC members. |
| LOAN REQUIREMENTS |
| * You must be a member of the MVAC in good standing. * You must fill out the club loan agreement. * Your membership card is required. * If you are under 18 years of age you will need a parent or guardian to sign for you. |
| EXPLANATION OF LOAN AGREEMENT |
| The loan agreement simply states the the barrower will pay the MVAC for all damages, loss or theft that occurs to any item(s) while checked out in the barrowers name. |
