The house is a sunny three bedroom, two bath, fully furnished contemporary in Edgartown (Katama Section). The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath easily accessible on the same floor. A full bath accommodates the main floor. There is a full sized bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other.

The living area is a open kitchen/great-room featuring cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and two (2) sliding French doors to the deck area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, griddle, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.

There is a large sunny deck to enjoy the breezes originating from the beach. Deck furniture and an outdoor shower complete the outdoor area. However, there is also a full basement with a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also have equipped the house with four adult bikes and one child's bike.

THINGS TO DO:

• We request that all guests shower in the outdoor shower before entering the house after beach activity. It will keep the sand from destroying the hardwood floors.
• We ask that you please be courteous to the next guests and leave the house clean and orderly. (If you so choose, phone number of a cleaning agent will be listed.) There are vacuum cleaners both up and downstairs, as well as a hard wood floor vacuum downstairs. All garbage must be removed from the house before leaving. The Edgartown dump is nearby, a map and hours are posted in the house.
