| Fairfield Counties Community Action building is said to have a mischievous little friend who walks its halls. This building was once the counties home for orphaned children. Several staff members have reported seeing a little boy on the fourth floor. It is said that he plays tricks on the staff. What has been called the fourth floor ghost takes and hides little items and causes havoc with the electronics. | |||||||
