ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Participants are responsible
for booking their own accommodation. We recommend that you book
accommodation as soon as you can, since hotels in Central London get
booked up well in advance. Cheaper accommodation may be available further away
from SOAS. Student 'crush' space will probably be available with students/staff
– ask us! We will be glad to advise or help out if you are having difficulties.
HOTELS NEAR SOAS
All prices are per room
per night, inclusive of breakfast and VAT. Where a 'Let's Go' rate is
indicated, this includes accommodation on Friday and Saturday night, plus
breakfast, plus either lunch or dinner. If you are attending the conference
from Thursday and choose this option, you will need to book one night at the
normal rate (Thursday) and then Friday & Saturday at the 'Let's Go' rate.
The Tavistock Hotel and the Avalon hotels are our hotels of choice (a couple of
blocks away from SOAS).
