Allison is the one and only singer there is... or maybe not? Anyway, she is one pretty good vocalist and also writes most of Acapulco's song lyrics.
Here's what she wants to say for herself:

I always wanted to be in a real band. When I met Sparhawk we soon realized we liked to do the same kind of music so we searched for other like-minded people and found Bunny and Angie. So there was the band for us. I hope we'll find people who'll let us play live, too!

I write almost all of our song lyrics, that's just something nobody ever questioned. I've always written stuff, so all I had to learn was to make texts that go with the music and to work together with Sparhawk who usually makes the music. I really hope someone will feel the songs touch them somehow, that's when I'll really feel I've succeeded. But it's also important that the lyrics are honest, I could not write a song that would't tell what I really feel, or a song about something I don't care about. And of course I feel it's easier to sing stories that relate to my own life, in my own words.

So there's some insight to my secret life... actually, you know you can't tell exactly what I'm singing about, that's why they're songs and not an autobiographical book!
