One day, a girl named Callie Sullivan was traveling with her family throughout the state of South Dakota. One hot summer day- her mother decided it would be fun to explore the canyons and caves of the state. So--we went out to a national park to "explore" a little. Finally her mother asked for a snapshot of her three daughters on the cliff of a canyon. The youngest sibling, Marebababob- made her way to the thinest part at the edge of the cliff. It was only when the rocks below her began to shift that Marebababob began to panic. Luckily for her- Callie was watching closely and had time to bound up and snatch Marebababob's shirt before she tumbled to a fatal death. Callie never spoke much of that day...the day she almost lost one of her family. |
