Tommy Verscetti is a high-school drop out that moved to the area from Brooklyn. His father, the uptight dean of the local university, has pushed education to the point that Tommy cares little for it anymore. He currently works on cars, becoming very good at it in relatively little time. He has his own business operating out of a small garage in downtown. The only reason he is able to stay in business with his small customer base is because of his ability to save himself and his customer money on labor, utilizing his powers to phase to move through the car with a phased flash light, searching for whatever problems there could be.

Tommy joined the team back in his freshman year in high school. He worked hard that year to make sure that everyone hated him as much as possible, and has spent the time since his return from Greenland, where he rescued his parents nearly at the cost of his life, repenting for his anger. He is currently more mild mannered and a bit of a moralist, refusing to kill unless absolutely neccessary.
